3	Woman asked to leave barber shop b/c it has a 'no girlfriend or wives policy.' I never tried to take the fathers back to court for more. I also worked to help supplement our household, too. Even though the child support was plenty, I never spent any of it on myself. Your suggestion to the father to use the system for child support from a mother that cannot even sustain herself is wrong. She's still pretty young. It's not right to accuse a man of rape 4yrs later with no proof and cause him to lose his job and family. She attacked our business, even. I reported her. I am entitiled to my opinion, like she is. In all honesty, this teacher was dealt a harsh blow and there is nothing to prove. The girl and her friends are trying to attack our business. 1	Innocent Until Proven Guilty The teacher's identity was already out in social media. The news got ahold of it. When the news heard of it, all hell rained down on the teacher with pressure to resign from his position and then terminated by the school board ALL on social media allegations...not a court allegation. There should definately be a solid statute of limitations. This girl is coming forward 4yrs after the alleged rape. There is no rape kit or anything tying the teacher to any DNA evidence. My son's father and I amicably split when I was 8 months pregnant. I had no choice but to apply for assistance. We had a mutual agreement on $100/month child support. 3	Innocent Until Proven Guilty Absolutely! Attacking the man on social media before anything was reported was the wrong thing to do, imo. I was raped back in 1987. Granted, we didn't have internet then, but I never would have done something like that. I did report mine a.s.a.p. when it happened. But, I think instead of just going on a tirade on social media with her concerns and allegations, she should have gone to the authorities first. Everyone believes this gal...and there is NO proof. And now even after all these years the alleged incident took place...he has no way to prove his innocence, either. Case in point--at the end of last month, a local teacher in a nearby school district lost his job because of rape accusations the girl put on social media.
