I usually lose patience and respect for miserable women; grateful kind women exist and they're refreshing. Every once in a while I can turn one of the miserable ones with low effort or luck, but do not get hung up. ✊🏾

I aslo remember another one that suggested that each time you walk through a door, imagine trying to touch the top of your head to the top of the door entrance.

A tip I once read suggested imagining that a rope is secured to the top of your head pulling you straight upward; if you push your head up in this fashion, everything else will fall into place (chest out, relaxed shoulders).

I've been reading about ayahuasca being used to treat depression and such; it supposedly can give you a drastic new perspective on life and, more importantly, of yourself. Too bad that it seems you have to take a trip to Peru to experience it (both the substance and the shaman-led ritual). I agree in thinking that other psychedelics could be beneficial.

Any plans to try ayahuasca while in Peru? It's used to treat depression among many things, but I imagine it could clear any self-conscious behavior too if you purposely sought that.
