This attitude amuses me. I don't see how they aren't equal. The risk to a man from a sexual harrassment lawsuit is a definite career ending, whereas women only stand the chance at losing an opportunity to further their career. Men have no say in this matter either, legislation and litigation run the show and the capitalist market suggests it is much cheaper for a company to fire the man than to see the case through to the end.

I doubt it, it would be very difficult for that to prevail in a test case as the language of the law would have to be non-discriminatory and would not hold up for very long if it was.
