Yup, I've felt a slight tinge of one-itis only because it felt good to break out of the shell and talk to a girl especially once that was very attractive. I've been telling myself to be self-validated as well and to not rely on the approval/opinions of others. I would notice her playing with her hair while talking sometimes too.
