5	Meditation Brother, I just finished meditation on plane from New York to Kansas . All you have to do is focus on your breathing and be still. Notice how your body feels focusing on your breath (the in and out motion). You can do it eyes open or closed. If you decide to keep your eyes open, focus on looking at one spot and stick to it. As your thoughts begin to pop in your head reset and place your focus back on your breathing (in and out).
