It just shows how everything from them deciding on their own to pull FDS off reddit to selectively posting for their own promo, has been about them not us. I said it on their website and I’ll say it here too: who needs men to infiltrate FDS when we have mods destroying it all on their own. Edit: They banned me for speaking the truth. If you comment to me you won’t get a reply because I literally can’t. Hooray for dictatorships.

Yep that’s why they love to trot out the “with every gorgeous woman there’s a man who is tired of fucking her” cope to justify never getting the hot girl. Meanwhile we all know there’s thousands more men who would eagerly take his place and marriage extends a man’s lifespan not a woman’s.

I’m just shocked because I thought I was alone in swiping through dating apps and thinking all but one obvious fboi out of a 100 are ugly.

“We’re both in our prime” - man balding, gaining weight, decaying, desperately trying to align with a 20 year old. So much cope.

Nah, what’s harsh is her boyfriend prioritizing his penis over her comfort.

Because when you do have other women as roommates they inevitably ruin things by bringing a man or men over all the time. Or sticking you with the lease to go move in with their new boyfriend.

It’s weird how true this is. I know multiple adult men who moved back in with their parents or their parents own their home. I don’t know a single woman with the luxury of that situation.

Thank you. Seeing it be so easy for guys definitely makes it a little frustrating to not just instantly achieve it. I will keep your tips in mind about placement and pressure. Your wisdom and kindness is much appreciated sis🙏💗

Thank you for the detailed answer. I am never relaxed or comfortable when I am trying so that is probably the issue. I have a womanizer toy I will try again lol

This is a dumb question but how do you actually know if you had an orgasm? I feel like I haven’t because I’ve never felt the head to toe tingles or mini fireworks down there people describe it as. And then I don’t even know if the descriptions online are actual experiences or dudes writing role play. I’ve bought toys but never felt anything beyond awkward using them.

Exactly. Sex is a need for women, like hunger. If I need a man to have at least 8 inches and a full head of hair then don’t blame me, blame biology!

Your mom does sound like a great person to care for you and your sister. She is her own individual human being too and I hope she is able to live her own life one day. I don’t know about where you live but divorce in the US should mean assets get split evenly or equitably because your mom did work as a caregiver to her daughter and running your household. Thanks for sharing more insight, I hope you are able to achieve your dream and maybe being with her family would give her the support to leave…

The fact that his dedicated army of mouth breathing edge lord fans ignore and even endorse all of that behavior is what really blows my mind. He went from publicly slandering his ex wife to begging for her back in less than a week and they still think he’s some innocent victim.

Something about 20 year old successful and well-liked women in the music industry really sets the 44 year old manchild off.

As someone whose mom used to say that and then did get a divorce long after I moved out…I’d be wary of romanticizing a woman blaming her kids to stay in a bad marriage. The kids have to witness it and a lot of times that line of staying because of you is just a guilt trip excuse to not change one’s life circumstances. Leaving is an actual sign of strength.

You stand up for yourself by ghosting him and taking his power away. The silent treatment, always being too busy to text or hang out, etc. People like this will always win in a verbal fight because everyone else is too scared to lose their friend group by upsetting them and they know it.

OP (or anyone really), how did you make more friends? I want to make more girl friends but things like bumble bff are so awkward. I think a big thing that causes us to want to go back to LVM is lack of companionship of any kind.

Omg that is so evil I’m sorry you had to deal with that. The fact that the way you felt was a coping mechanism to his abuse and neglect and he still kicked you while you were down… The line about it not even being your favorite restaurant just says so much about this man and how he could not even bother to remember what you actually cared about. Yet he still tried to use it against you. I’m glad he’s an ex. No one should have to experience that kind of hell where the same one torturing you is wh…

Exactly, it’s all just more work for women with nothing in return. I see so many posts of men whining about how women don’t really want them to share their emotions. Meanwhile, their actual take on sharing emotions is breathlessly trauma dumping on a woman like she’s their personal unpaid therapist.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy30/01/22 10:47 PM

It’s fascinating how men demand endless empathy for depression/ADHD in all of the reddit posts (even if it’s not diagnosed) I read. However when women have any kind of mental illness it’s “move on she’s not depressed, she’s using you man.”
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy30/01/22 08:03 PM
17

This. Every story I’ve seen like this the man either never finds success and resents the wife, or is successful and then thinks he’s too good for the starter wife. In both scenarios the man tends to cheat. OP is going to be raising this manchild, paying for everything, while he rests on his laurels. Would also not be surprised at this point if his “networking” is code for cheating. Once you’ve seen one LVM with a HVW story you’ve seen em all.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy12/01/22 12:02 AM
47

Yeah and the advice is so male biased. “Ok yeah he cheated on you, but have you considered his feelings? Do you let him know he’s appreciated?” Meanwhile you scroll to a post where a guy gets cheated on “Dump her, you deserve so much better, go no contact, RUN.”

Spontaneous translates into “I don’t care what we do, let’s do whatever you want to do.” “I’ll eat whatever you want to eat! etc”. An adult child looking for mommy to take care of him and handle every little decision so he can just kick back and relax.

He lied to her and she feels guilty for finding out the truth. She needs therapy not a fwb.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy04/01/22 08:16 PM

I think a lot of the LVM like this use therapy as an excuse to have a hostage witness to their woe is me monologuing. They don’t want to do any work, just want someone to listen to them talk about themselves for an hour.

I feel like your friend didn’t see a problem with how he treated you because she’s told herself “he’s just kidding/that’s just how he is/i’m being sensitive” when he treats her the same. She’s an adult though and she needs to realize these things herself.

Right? The post made it very clear this man views the OP as nothing more than a hole and this commenter thinks OP is the one benefiting by being with him? Breaking up is the one kind thing this man did for her.

No need to apologize! I feel like you didn’t have that intention, but it reminded me of how with lots of stories people kind of insinuate she “had to have known”. I agree it’s sad and really scary.

Part of me feels like things like “vetting is a must” are another form of victim blaming. Yes, vet and be vigilant. However I’ve read so many stories that show how some abusers are smart enough to not drop the mask for years. Then it’s like boom this man has a secret life/family. It’s exhausting and just feels like no matter what women do to protect themselves we still get blamed for not doing enough research.

He can go to the gym all day long but he’s still the same miserable sad sack desperately hoping some internet strangers will tell him he’s the winner in life. Dude you’re all alone after wasting years of your life on dead end relationships that amounted to nothing. Sounds like he’s the only one who is used up.

Yes to even with friends lately! It seems like people don’t care about anything but themselves and their own lives. In the past people would reach out just to keep in touch or include friends in events. I know lots of ppl who only use free time for dating or solo time with a significant other. It made me wonder if it’s a covid stress based coping thing to laser focus on your own romantic needs above all else.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy05/11/21 05:33 AM

That is so true. It is a lot easier to write off a woman as “crazy” than to have to look at themselves and how they treated her to get her to react that way. In my case, this guy kept trying to talk to me when he wanted to, but stopped being reliable when it came to my needs. I blocked and deleted after saying I’m not going to be treated like this. We absolutely do deserve people with honor, empathy, and kindness.

I just experienced the “just when I let myself relax and be in a relationship he stops answering texts for hours” BS. What is the deal with that? I don’t understand how people can slack off and stop putting in effort once what they claim to still want is almost in reach.

Dating gurus advising men have started pushing the lie that men are the prize and I think these people who sit around offering nothing but the audacity actually believe this.

I feel like I also know plenty of women (and men) in situations like that and they all still kinda feel smug/superior to anyone who is single. They know they are miserable but they are ~in love~, so what would a single person know?

I think it’s because they know you won’t engage or say yes to a hook up so why bother? People who pop back up like that with no shame are usually going for low hanging fruit in the same way those guys who send all the girls on tinder the same opening line are. (To be clear it’s their perception of who they think they have a chance of success with. They can be delusional going after a queen too lol)

He works there and she’s alone with him at night. There’s an added power imbalance since she probably assumes his word would be believed over hers. It’s not an issue, because this place has repeatedly reminded me, and for the first time in my life I’ve followed through on not taking on or trying to therapise some scrotes unresolved issues. His issues are not my responsibility and I deserve so much more than to be his rebound hook up. Thank you so much for this because this really made me feel a lot less resentment towards myself. I’m definitely scared deep down that even knowing how terrible they are, I’ll give in and go back if I run into them again. That explanation on fight simulation is 100% accurate. Thank you again I’m screenshotting this and will definitely read up on positive disintegration.

Commenting to say thank you for this. I still struggle with obsessing over a past experience and trauma bonding was the closest thing I found to describe my experience. The stuff I found on it always felt off to me, as you said, very pop psychology thinly veiled victim blaming rhetoric. It kind of just made me feel even worse about myself and didn’t provide actual advice on how to stop thinking about what happened to me. Will definitely be checking out captor bonding content instead.

The thing about the sailors was such a specifically weird and violent threat. I’m so disgusted after you were vulnerable and intimate he basically lorded over you how he “conquered” you. Posts like these are why I am so thankful for this sub. My whole life (and I’m sure many other women can relate) I’ve been subtly or straight up told to both diminish myself “be nice” AND “don’t be so judgmental” for having standards. I feel this on a spiritual level. The nerve of some men to be ugly AND have a bad personality. Definitely entertained less attractive guys before thinking I’d be treated better in my pickmeisha days.
