There’s a big push in European based legal systems to convict men in any SA case they’re accused, so evidence like that makes it hard to get those convictions. One of the claims coming from feminists these days is that hardly any men accused of SA get convicted, so they’ll do anything to keep evidence that might exonerate the man- or make things sufficiently murky that it’s nigh impossible to say if the man did what he’s accused of- out of the courtroom. If c-51 had been in effect during Ghomesh…

A big part of why they passed this is that a number of women accused a man named Jian Ghomeshi of sexual assault and rape, and he was able to produce electronic records proving they colluded to accuse him. This resulted in his being aqquited of all charges.

Make it so a defendant in any sexual assault or rape case must ask the judge’s permission to introduce electronic evidence that could be considered of a sexual nature. Depends on which faction you want to read about. For Space Marine centric books, Brothers of the Snake by Dan Abnett is pretty good. Charcaradons: Red Tithe and Outer Dark, by Robbie MacNiven, are pretty good if you like your fight scene full of shit getting blown up and torn to pieces. The Emperor’s Gift, by Aaron Dembski Bowden, focuses on the Grey Knights, Space Marines that focus on demon hunting. War for Armageddon is an omnibus, focusing on a number of chapters of Space Marines during the …

If they’re promoting equal rights regardless of gender, then they’re neither feminist or MRA, they’re an egalitarian. Which, frankly, everyone ought to be.

A male child molester wouldn’t survive long enough to get to trial. The other prisoners would kill them long before then.

Agreed, but the current standard across most of the Western world is “support the child” which means supporting the kid and mom to whatever tune the government declares.

Basically taking the condom, removing the sperm from it, and placing said sperm into her body with the deliberate intention of getting pregnant without the man’s knowledge or consent.

Terrence Popp has done a number of roasts of that broad, as well. His shit is always funny, in my opinion. Don’t know if anyone else has given her a good roasting, though.

Truthfully, I just assume everyone around is stupid. Keeps me from pulling a Picard facepalm roughly 20 or so times a day due to people’s ignorance. As for the topic at hand, the rank and file feminists just believe whatever their leaders tell them. It’s a problem for all political affiliations, but just seems more prevalent among the various flavors of leftist, imo.

Some of us have already made our decision. As much as I’d like to get married and have a family, doing so in todays legal climate is little more than emotional and financial suicide. I’ve seen too many uncles, cousins, and family friends get divorced and put through hell simply because their wife “wasn’t happy”. Hence why I’ve pretty much given up on dating, and simply focus on building my retirement nest egg.

Im fairly certain that in my state, physically harming firefighters or EMS carries the same legal penalties as attacking a cop. Doesn’t stop the local trash from shooting at us once in a while, though. As for interfering with our duties, Im not certain, Id have to ask.

Because it was the female who started the accusation process, and she didn’t go to the police. Because of that, the cops will go, “Not our problem, kid,” and go back to whatever they were doing before he contacted them.

The most basic advice for surviving a mostly female course in any college/university is this- “The nail that sticks up gets hammered down,” or, do not draw attention to yourself. Agree with any BS they spout, do your level best to stay on the professors good side, and offer NO personal details to anyone you don’t trust to take a bullet for you. And this isn’t for just Mr. Grad Student, but anyone looking into traditional higher education.

Im a millennial man. Why am I single and childless? By choice. I’ve watched as a half dozen of my close relatives get screwed over by their exes- in the case of one cousin, he was reduced to sleeping in his car behind the medical clinic he worked at, due to the alimony and child support he had to pay, even though his daughter stayed primarily with my cousins father and step-mother! I’ve watched as most of the fathers of my friends in the Boy Scouts and church youth groups get taken to cleaners b…

In reality, you are correct. However, anytime a feminist (or other type of left-leaning person) starts whining about gender relations, they only show the pyramid with the men on top and women on the bottom, as if that is how it is the world over. They never bring up the larger pyramid, because that image never occurs to them.

It’s a pretty good game, imo. Not the OP, but I did play in the beta, and have been playing every chance I get. Pros- •Completely unscripted events. Any human you see in the game, is another player. There are other types of NPCs, of course, but the only humans in the game are other players. This means random shit can and will happen. Prime example- I was playing a few days ago, and was looking for a specific crafting item. Sometimes NPC vendors carry small quantities of these, so I was traveling…

Got done at work, came home and had breakfast. Took a much needed nap. Woke up, talked with and had dinner with my folks. And got some advice on dealing with a work related issue from them - dealing with the stress from having to trauma alert a toddler after a car accident the night before, which also killed the childs parent that was driving. So, today was pretty good, but yesterday royally sucked.

The problem isn’t with the legal system, but that there are 2 separate legal systems- Family Court, and the Civil/Criminal Court. Civil/Criminal Court at least attempts to appear unbiased, but Family Courts are misandrist as hell. In any separation, the mother will get the kids (unless she either doesn’t want them, or is so obviously unfit to be the primary caregiver that even a dead person would go “Hold on a second, you’re gonna give the kids to THAT?!?”), and the father will get shafted. If her antics of acting like a screeching harpy don’t get the desired effect, you can rest assured she will escalate things by accusing him of some form of assault. And in this sub, we’ve all read plenty of accounts where a woman screeches “He assaulted me!”, and the white knights come out of the woodwork. And most men stay this way till around the mid 20’s ( I know I did, and most of the men I’ve worked with over the last 10-12 years either were like this, or said they were during their youth). It’s not till a man is in his late 20’s or early 30’s that he really figures out a way to tame the instinctual beast …

Traditional Conservative. Basically, someone who yearns for that 1950’s, Leave It to Beaver/Andy Griffith TV show type life, where the dad worked, the mom took care of the house/kids, and children minded their elders without a lotta backtalk. Land in the western US runs from roughly $5000 for a 40 acre plot to around $300-400,000 for a much nicer 40 acre plot. But I’m not in the market to buy yet. Got debts from a prior attempt at college to pay off first (from my young and stupid days). I figure I’ll be around 4-8 years to pay all that off, and another 5 or so years before I’ll be able buy the property I want.

That’s part of my long term plan- pay off debts, build enough capital to buy some property in Wyoming, Montana, somewhere out there, and put a house on it. After that, I’m golden. Work as much or as little as I please, and follow whatever hobbies pique my interest as time goes on.

Reading the article, the woman in the case did have rough sex with another man that night, AND named that other man to the PD when she filed charges against Man #2. But the next day, she said that the man in the article, Clarence Moses, face came to her in a dream and that he was her attacker. The PD later destroyed physical evidence that could’ve exonerated Clarence, despite being told to preserve it. So basically, Billy Beta (Clarence) paid for Tyrone’s fun with 28 years of his life.

Those are actions, not words. There is no string of words, to my knowledge, that a man can say to law enforcement that will destroy a woman’s future as quickly and thoroughly as when a woman calls law enforcement and says “So-and-so raped me”. Even the woman in this news article (unless I’ve misread the article) has only been sentenced to 2 years in jail, which usually translates to roughly 3-6 months behind bars before being paroled for good behavior. It’s entirely possible there is just as much an empathy gap in males in the same age range, but there is a significant difference between the two groups- a man cannot utterly destroy a woman’s ability to support themselves and their dependents with a false accusation, while the reverse happens regularly (not everyday mind you, but often enough that it’s not hard to find evidence of it with a little research).
/r/MensRights05/12/17 04:43 PM

All you have to do is look at the social media posts, Youtube videos, and news articles written about topics like this one, and a myriad of other topics important to MRAs, to see that a large chunk of the current generation of females is quite lacking in the empathy department. MRAs wouldn’t have to fight as hard as they do to get their message out and get things changed, if all women were as empathetic as society says they were.
/r/MensRights05/12/17 02:15 PM

Because unfortunately, the large majority of the current crop of 20-40 year old females don’t know how to show empathy. All they know how to do, is hamster away anything that is even remotely their fault, and if you attack their ‘group’ (which is always shifting- the person they hated yesterday could be tomorrow’s BFF) they be among the most ruthless, vindictive bastards they worlds ever seen to get back at you.

I think (and I could be wrong, I’m neither a lawyer nor a psychologist) it has more to do with the fact that men will receive a much harsher sentence than a woman for the same crime. Men don’t get to cry mental illness, and get a slap on the wrist, but women do. Sadly, men are innately competitive. Men will identify with a smaller group, and compete with other small groups. The first rule of Fight Club- Don’t talk about Fight Club. Tell your friends & family that you’re taking a break from the dating game to get your head on straight and back on your feet. No need to tell them you’re dropping out of the dating game. Normal folks have a hard time understanding a man who doesn’t require female validation. At best, they’ll assume you’re gay. At worst, they’ll assume you’ve gone crazy and try to get you locked up.

Quite frankly, automatically reporting crimes to the police should be required in order to receive federal funds to run a school. And the accusation of sexual misconduct is all that’s needed to ruin a man’s life.
/r/MGTOW09/11/17 09:40 PM

Because the accuser never involves the police. Personally, if I were a college administrator, and someone came to me saying that they’d been raped, I’d be calling 911 right then and there.

Because like a lot of folks that dislike MGTOW, they operate under the assumption that males require sexual gratification and validation from someone in order to survive. They don’t understand how a male could consciously choose to forgo sexual gratification with a female unless he was homosexual. It doesn’t compute to them.

I would posit that Incels are stuck in the Denial phase of transitioning from Blue Pill to MGTOW. They see enough to know something doesn’t smell right, but they don’t want to let go of the Blue Pill mindset that the surest way to be a ‘man’ is through female validation. So they cry to any that will listen that females are entitled, hateful hags- at any age, and in any social class.

Next 5 years- pay down (ideally pay off) my student loans from an earlier attempt (late teens, early 20s - 31 now) at a college degree. 10 years - have the money needed to buy property and put a small container house on it (pay cash up front, of course). She hasn't locked you down yet. And remember, good times don't test a person's character. Wait till you're unemployed, with debt collectors calling, and see what she does. If she sticks by you, congrats, you found one of the extremely few decent women. If she doesn't, well, at least you were forewarned.

Any words of wisdom for someone looking to get into that game?

Right now, finishing paramedic school (got 2 semesters to go, out of 4). After that, bust my ass for the next few years to do 2 things: pay off the loans for my first attempt at college (when I was young and stupid, and thought a sheet of parchment was the only way to success), and start saving to buy some property somewhere. What I want, is a small container house, set up in some hills or on a small mountain, where I'm left alone. Hopefully, I can get this done in the next 10 years or so.

Pretty much. She does possess the mystical vagina, after all. And we all know that the mystical vagina is the source of all the worlds wisdom. /s

Focus on school (3rd semester of a 4 semester paramedic course). Clinicals for school (500 hours worth in the ER and on the ambulance). Work full time on said ambulance. Watch college football (ROLL TIDE!). Play the Division, Destiny 2, Fallout 4 w/ mods, and whatever else looks good during my downtime.

Men. Doesn't matter if you're castrated or not (literally or figuratively), if you possess an XY chromosome, you have been, are now, and will forever be, at fault for all the worlds problems.

Carpentry, plumbing, electrician, welding, masonry, a lot of the technical trades pay pretty good, especially if you're honest and have a decent level of skill.

Wish I had known of Mark's path 12 or 13 years ago. Would've saved me a ton of money (tried for a history degree, had to drop out due to depression, being my Alzheimer's afflicted grandfathers primary caretaker, my parents going bankrupt, and other shit). Still have to pay the loans off though. I'm an EMT now, and I'm back in school to become a paramedic (6 more months, and I can take the registry exam {scares me shitless, tbh, i feel like a damned fraud at times, especially when working alongsi…

As a 31 year old man, I can attest to this. My teachers could lecture me till we were both blue in the face, and I wouldn't be able to remember shit. But give me exercises were I had to put the lecture material into practice, and I would have that crap down in a class or two. I've always been a 'hands on' learner, and so were the bulk of my male classmates. Guess we got lucky in that, 10-15 years ago, teachers still included practical exercises in their lessons. I pity the boys going through sch…

For local elections, minimum 5 years local residency, plus be a net taxpayer. For state elections, property owners only. For national elections, only those who have satisfactorily completed a term of military service (say, 8 years or so) can vote. If a woman wants to vote, she has to meet the same standards as a man.

I think he might have meant stocky (as in, short but thickly built), but he did mention a time prior to the reunion where a friend tried to set him up on a date and the girl in question said he looked creepy. So who knows.

Yep. I live in the US (a suburban area), and my long term plan is to move to a rural area, and have a small house built. There are times I wish these fools in the cities would try to pull something, just so the rural areas can show them (the cities) just how much more the cities need the countryside than the other way around. But that thought is tempered by the knowledge that the shitheads that would start something like that wouldn't be the ones to get hurt- it'd be the average person, just try…

If there is another civil war in the US (and I doubt this will actually happen, most of us Americans are too fat and comfortable to actually start a war in our own neighborhoods) it won't be state vs. state or the people vs. the government, it'll be the countryside vs. the cities. Look at a map of the US, where outcomes of national elections are shown on a county by county basis, and you'll see what I'm talking about.

I'd rather experience mansplaining than 'womansplaining' any day. What's the difference? A man makes his point, and (usually) shuts up so yall can get back to work. Takes a few minutes to do so. A woman takes 20 minutes or more to say what a guy will say in about 15 seconds or so.

The only thing I'll bring up is that eunuchs were generally utilized by royalty or high nobility. They would be palace/court messengers, personal servants, harem/concubine guards, and on occasion, were members of various religious orders. Outside of being a guard for a harem/concubines, none of those jobs would be all that physically demanding. That lack of harsh, physically demanding work could be part of why the eunuchs you mentioned lived so long.

The first two can be attributed to the fact that women often leave the work force to have kids. If a woman has a kid, and stays out of work for a year or a year and a half, then the skills/knowledge she utilized in her field of work are now a year or more out of date. Add into that that mothers often take off work to pick up kids from daycare, handle doctors/dentists appointments, and other things kid related. As for the DV stats, well, if the guy is that much of an ass, why'd you hook up with h…

Speaking for myself, I'd not mind having a kid. The problem is, theres only two ways to have a kid, if you're a man: marriage, or surrogacy. Surrogacy is out unless you're decently wealthy, which I'm not. That leaves marriage, whereby yeah, I can have a kid, but it comes at the cost of my dreams, ambitions, soul, free time, and assets. All to attempt a long term relationship with a creature that has a proven track record of being nagging, condescending, manipulative, and always being on the look…

Sadly, he will have to crash and burn before his eyes are opened. Hopefully, his 'crash and burn' simply involves his girlfriend being a crazy bitch, and the 'divorced after 5 years w/ 2 kids and a house' kind of C&B. Some men get lucky and get red pilled/go MGTOW after seeing male friends/family get treated like shit by women, but others, have to learn this stuff themselves. My advice, OP, is to be there to help him pick up the pieces when shit blows up.

Require military service to vote in national elections, original requirements for state and local elections. If a woman wants to join the military, she'll have to meet the same standards as the men who join. Same for the various specialties in the military.

It relates back to the movie, The Matrix, when Morpheus offered Neo the choice of a red or blue pill. The blue pill is society as it is now- you grow up, get hitched, and pop out some munchkins. Chances are, the man will end up in a divorce, and lose the kids/house/at least 50% of his assets. But the man holds out hope that he will find a woman who will love him for him. The red pill symbolizes waking up from the dream society pushes- honest women are extremely rare, if not totally nonexistent. …

Basically, parrot back to whoever is teaching this course whatever they say. Don't roll your eyes, grunt in disagreement, or do anything that could be seen, overheard, or even sensed by any female in attendance, when you disagree with what the teacher is saying. Keep your head down.

Wish my family (parents, sister, other relatives) realized this. When we do get together I tend not to talk much, unless I have something pertinent to the current discussion to say. I find talking just to talk rather tiring and, at times, annoying. I'd rather be doing something (work, school, my hobbies) than just sitting there talking about them.

Theres a very easy way to avoid such situations: forgo all sexual contact with females. Yes, you will still have the instincts to pursue a woman, but if you can learn to control them, you wont to worry about false paternity suits.

Same here. Early 30's now, I saw all the drama that having a woman caused with my friends and extended family while I was in high school and college. I knew right away, I didn't want that kind of stress in my life. Don't get me wrong, Ive always liked looking at the looking at the ladies, and (till the last 2-3 years, anyway) never passed up the opportunity to get my dick wet. But these days, none of them are worth it. I've not seen a woman in the last few years even worth talking to, much less …

Single guy here. I can say, without a doubt, that my life is far simpler now, than it was at any time while I was dating. When I come home late (usually from work or a school related function) I don't have to justify my lateness to anyone. When I want to buy something, I don't have to beg or bargain or haggle with a woman to get 'permission' to buy said item (and have get pissed at me after buying said item, even after getting permission). When deciding on a meal, I just get what looks good. I d…
