I am truly not shocked that someone who listens to that trash is dumb enough to tackle a stranger over a cellphone he didn’t have.

It’s not an additional reason. It’s either a complete non-factor, or you’re admitting there’s merit to disparate impact theory. You absolutely can use tradition as an argument. It’s the starting point. If tradition says women can’t vote (it doesn’t and hasn’t for a century, at this point it says the opposite but I’ll go with it) and you think women should, you need to present a reason. If you show that women have just as much of a vested interest in government activity (they do) and are just as …

I thought you didn’t care about disparate impact? If you don’t care, you don’t care. That means you don’t care who it disproportionally impacts. Either accept the theory or don’t, you can’t reject it in general then support it when it applies favorably to a group you are worried about. Personally, I think tradition is an excellent argument in that tradition is the accumulate wisdoms of humanity up to this point, the burden of proof should lie on the the people seeking to upend tradition with som…

If you’re fine with statistical differences why would it matter if men paid significantly more often so long as no individual man was ever forced to pay? You’re saying “I dont car about differences, I just care that there would be a difference.” The expression is it takes two to tango... The idea of whoever invites, pays is a pretty traditional way to do things. You don’t charge people for food when they come to your home, do you? Also, the assumption is the person who is asking wants it more, a…

Ok, you’re a biological essentialist. As such you should support gender and racial quotas in hiring as well since those are the only way to override the natural differences between groups, if you view the world though the lens of groups defined by their group characteristics rather than individuals making choices you get to support all sorts of fun things. Have fun with your worldview.

That actually is equality. Whoever does _______ regardless of their gender, has to to _______. Since gender is not a factor that is considered, it’s impossible for there to be discrimination or inequality. The argument you’re making is the same line of reasoning identity politics uses to claim that disparity = discrimination. It works on the same logic as the “pay gap.” If you choose a more dangerous or demanding job, you get more money. So long as nobody is preventing women from entering, or fo…

Sure, but does it only change those genetics for some of your offspring?

Cherry picking facts means citing world records? Marathons and ultramarathons don’t count as endurance events? What world do you live in? Nobody cares about closed the gap. Inferior is inferior, the amount you’re inferior by is irrelevant. Until 1/2 the absolute records, not weight class records, are held by women, it will be true that the strongest men are stronger than the strongest women. As far as genetics, are you a moron? Running doesnt change your genetics and, as I said, since both sexes…

Don’t even let the boys practice together and it still won’t be close. Hell, let the WNBA champs play against the worst team in NCAA D1

You do know that things like strength and endurance are produced from hard work you do, not the work your parents did. Every woman today inherited 1/2 her DNA from a man and 1/2 of it from a woman. If, somehow, the fact that women weren’t competing in athletic events meant that their offspring were inferior that would apply equally to male offspring. It doesn’t matter how much your mom lifted or how fast she ran, all that mattered is the genes she passed on and the work you do with them. The fac…

I think it’s still illegal in NJ since they just passed the law a couple years ago. Depends on the state.

Maybe the student was over 18 so it was illegal because of the teacher-student thing but not rape because the kid was old enough to consent?

Start a conversation with a group of women about what traits they find most attractive in a cock, everything they mention will be functional. Start the same Conversation with a group of men or women about what traits are desirable in breasts and the conversation will be purely aesthetic.

Women ask a specific guy for Dick pics, usually one they already have interest in. aAk random women if they want to see your dick and see how that works out.

Not really, you never hear of women admiring the form of a cock, only it’s function.

Breasts are sexual the way any other body part is. The right part on the right person emphasized the right way can be sexual. Do you think tall women in short shorts are showing too much leg because legs are sexy (way more so than breasts IMO). Are jacked men in beaters that emphasize their shoulders and traps inappropriately signaling sexual things to women? What about down the shore where fit (and some not as fit) men are walking around in banana hammocks and most 20-something chicks are in g-…

I’m not sure what your point is here. Bad people saying something doesn’t make it untrue.

When you’re a classless POS, your spouse being in the next room isn’t an obstacle, if you have class it wouldn’t matter if they were a world away.

It’s a pretty fair way to view the world. If merely saying something a person or group dislikes could destroy your life, they obviously have a lot of power (or at-least more than you). I’d say the difference between racial insults and things like “Karen” or “Kyle” is that a Karen is not an insult that could be applied to all white women and a Kyle isn’t all young white males. They’re more like yuppie, hippie, hipster, goth, nerd... they’re stereotyping based on how you act, and if it is based pa…

More accurately, you know who has real power in society based on who you’re not allowed to offend. Also, Karens need to stop complaining, the criticism is based on behavior not appearance. If you don’t want to be called a Karen, don’t act like one.

I actually vaguely knew the girl from high school. She wasn’t a bad person at the time or even known for sleeping around. Shame she ended up this way. Edit: but I agree with you about what she’s become and how the law should treat her.

I’m a supporter of PTI for drug crimes or dumb kid stuff (22 year old with 17 year old girlfriend) but a teacher using their position as a dating service deserves the full extent of the law. Under our PTI system the only real penalty she’ll face is the permanent loss of her career. There are teachers who have received harsher penalties for showing up drunk to work.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
