Much simpler life ay! Who the fuck would want to slave away to pay the rent/mortgage of a place that they're hardly at because they're working so much

Really depends on where you live. In Oz it's generally an accepted lifestyle with communities of tight knit van dwellers. I didn't have any trouble with it and I did it for 5 months. I live in Hawaii and it'd be way harder to do this here or anywhere else in America I'd imagine. Ultimately I don't think society has the right to enforce a law which dictates that people must pay rent/mortgage/own a house when they genuinely don't want to and are not an eyesore or blight in the community.

How do you know it would have led to banging her? You could have gotten strung along to Mexico only to get friend-zoned.

Female List of Requirements For Men - Doesn't actually know what they require of men

It’s simply astounding. I live in a small town and most of the girls I went out with now have kids from multiple different men, thank goodness none of them are from me! It’s weird though because everyone knows each other and everyone gets cycled through their friends and acquaintances and their kids are haphazardly strewn about the place from all sorts of combinations. Some other single moms I met are so cruel they could freeze your heart at noon on a Texas summer day.

Most people exist in what the philosopher Gurdjieff would call "a waking sleep", that is a state of not possessing self-awareness, what we call the NPC which include both genders. Schopenhauer may be referring to these type of people as dullards. These people take part in behavior that not only keeps them asleep but also tries to perpetuate the sleep of others. The sleeping man cannot comprehend the awake man, but the awake man can comprehend the sleeping man. If you don't believe me or think th…

One hell of a quote! Thank you for sharing it. The worst part is if you are the witty person then the dullards (esp. women) will strive to infiltrate your solitude and tear you down because of your strangeness to them. You are incomprehensible to the dullard and therefore a threat.

If MGTOW is a mountain that we men are climbing I would say the lower half where the trail begins has a lot of emphasis on our relationship with women which is necessary because our society seems to be wired for the game of the male-female drama since women are the NPCs that seemingly dictate the way a man's path develops. We're indoctrinated with this wiring and a great deal of effort is needed to extricate ourselves from this system. The upper portion towards the peak deals with the relationsh…

That was a riveting timeline, I enjoyed reading it and the layout was excellent. I hope you learned what to avoid! It’s amazing how many men (in my opinion) step up to the plate to take care of someone else’s children. I’m talking about the men who take fathering seriously and not primary as a back door to get into a woman’s underwear. I know many of these men are viewed negatively but when you’re a kid and freaking out because the lack of stability a step-father who actually cares about your we…

There was a time when I was disillusioned with the women my age (early 20’s) because of their sheer lack of being realistic with how the world operates. I had the chance to be around some single moms in their 30’s and I thought that since life has most likely been harsh to them they probably have a sober view of reality and that we would get along better. Boy was I wrong! They were so callous and harsh. They would make comments about how a hundred grand is not that much and how I don’t have my s…

Can confirm. I’ve found that the more attractive a woman is the more emotionally fucked up she is. If you choose to go down that path the first few steps are always exciting until you realize it’s exciting because it’s dangerous, but it’s too late because you’re now caught in the pull of an insatiable black hole of emotion.

Haha this is so ironic! I’ve always had longer hair so no joke earlier this week I got it buzzed to the shortest it’s ever been in hopes to elicit a different response from those around me. I’m following your advice but just backwards.

Thank you for this sage advice! I have a past of maintaining weak boundaries with my family. While I’m making incremental changes to improve this they shame me about being the “yes man” and not knowing how to say no, yet when I stand my ground they get pissy with me. I realize that not seeing them for a while and putting some healthy distance between us while I’m being fully independent is the only way to get them to see me as a changed respectable man.

Those are wise words. It took awhile for me to realize that being dangerous through sheer self-command is the true mark of a strong man.

Thank you for taking the time to respond! What they say they want is not what they really want. The mental gymnastics of trying to figure out why led not only to confusion but also to a feeling of failure, even self-loathing. It wasn't until I realized that their whole psyche is absolutely illogical (even harmful to themselves and others) and that nothing would satisfy them that I began to develop some self-confidence by going my own way.
