Quite honestly this ruling makes sense in terms of the difference between the parents. The fact that he did that interview for that documentary during the trial is probably why he is going to jail. An immediate reaction might be unfair sentencing but when you look at the details the ruling makes sense. If anything the ruling was too lenient. I am surprised they get to keep their kids. To me that seems really stupid. Why not add a gender category to the drivers license? Isn't knowing someones sex important? If not then why is it on the drivers license at all?
