In regards to gaining weight, you probably need to consume more calories... A lot more. I was thin as a stick throughout my teenage years and early twenties, even though I was eating as much as I wanted, including junk food like chips. But after I tried to count calories for a few days, I saw that I was actually getting far less than I thought. Which rule did they break? I can certainly see how a joke about big dongles is sexual, but not sexist (as in, discriminatory). I guess they did break the "behave professionally" rule, although it seems very broad, and all sorts of behavior could be interpreted as "unprofessional".
