Another I recommend is "The art of civilized conversation" Its a short read, and I often find myself coming back time and time to review the little tidbits of wisdom. Some of my favorites include: Women generally seek acceptance during interactions, while men seek respect. The progression of a civilized conversation follows these levels: 1. Facts. 2. Opinions. 3. I get in this mind set that this girl really isnt so great, why should i take risks beyond having a pleasant conversation? But the fact is, they WERE great! Your advice is spot on.
