Yeah - exactly. And I said it in another comment, but I feel like there's a difference between a silly photo where you still look like an attractive human, and a flat-out BAD, unflattering photo. I would not be okay with flat-out BAD photos of myself going online, lol

Hillary is so pretty! But IMO those photos aren’t “cute, goofy” they’re just... purposely bad.

Honestly, "relationship goals" to me would be my husband posting flattering pictures, but to each their own, I suppose...

Apparently! What justification did they give for why women should pay for the first date?

I tried to find that blog but it seems to have been deleted!

I hate that too. It's not "equal". I keep thinking about deleting it, but I do find (at least what seems from their profile) "better" guys on there more consistently that I do on Tinder or OKC.

Definitely going to read that blog post! My brother met his GF on CMB but I never found anyone in my area

Yeah, that's kinda my worry, that men will expect me to do the work of pursuit.

I didn't have any lucky with Hinge - there just weren't enough people in my area. I definitely unmatch if someone can't hold a convo, and yes I also wait for them to ask me out... I want a guy who's willing to make a move like that! I go out and meet men IRL but a lot of events where I meet people (concerts, volunteering) are shut down for COVID19. So that might be tricky for the immediate future!

Yeah I’ve had men tell me I live “too far”... when it’s a 45 minute drive. That’s what some people commute to work every day! BYE

Honestly. SUCH a warning sign if his first response is any kind of doubt / disbelief of victims.

Oh, that’s a great way to put it!

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
