There's also time and place. You wouldn't approach a cute girl when she's outside doing a 6 mile run, would you? I mean you could, but she's not welcoming an approach. If the coffee shop girl never looked up from her computer, she may be just too busy for strangers to approach her. If you were a friend, different story.

Its my name on the bill, but I told her if the bill came back and it was way over our normal amount ($75), she would pay for teh majority of it. It came back at $200.56. I'm asking for 133.

Thank you so much, please let me know if you find out anything. I wasnt trying to blackmail her, I dont want to go to court, I told her if abused the electricity and heat, she would pay for the majority of the bill.
