I've not once said that anyone should get offended when someone's glance lingers a little long or they make a comment. My argument is about intent versus effect: just because a woman wears something attractive and someone hits on her, it doesn't mean she was specifically seeking that outcome. It doesn't mean she's not aware that that's a possible outcome - it merely states that effect does not dictate intent.
