Woman stabs boyfriend attempting to kill him. But she walks away free, because any sentence "would damage her career"I like how the original crime (assault) turned into attempted murder in OP's title, and then full out murder in the comments. | /r/PussyPass | 04/09/17 03:31 PM
Apparently Homelessness is only a Problem if you are a Woman.I'm sorry, but I was trying to have a discussion about OP's post and somehow it got derailed into a discussion of feminism as a whole. As much as I'd like to get into a discussions of the various factions in modern feminism (TERFs, amirite?) I'll be sticking to the content in your post relevant to our original discussion. trying to make it out that women's issues get silenced in the slightest I was trying to take a nuanced stance, and not a hardline approach. As I said before, I thought my comme… | /r/MensRights | 20/03/17 11:19 PM
Apparently Homelessness is only a Problem if you are a Woman.Sorry if that came across as an attack. I did my best to give a nuanced statement of the issue that leans much more towards supporting OP than not, and maybe start a dialogue with someone who has a different opinion than me. Care to point out some specifics in my post that you felt were particularly offensive? | /r/MensRights | 20/03/17 10:32 PM
| -5 | Apparently Homelessness is only a Problem if you are a Woman.I normally stick to menslib but I stumbled in from popular. It really sucks to see stuff like this. Many times, valid women's issues are shoved aside by people saying "what about the men?" And while it's true that women are more frequently more severely impacted by homelessness (look at rates of sexual assault for example), it's also true that among 'at risk' groups, women are much more likely to get the support they need to keep them off the street. That being said, homelessness is by far more … | /r/MensRights | 20/03/17 10:17 PM |
The 2 faces of feminismI don't recognise who this is. Do you have more information about who this woman is or the second incident that was described? | /r/MensRights | 27/10/12 08:31 PM
How SRS helped me find Men's RightsAs a whole, no, but there's a pretty vocal butthurt minority that gives MensRights a bad name. | /r/MensRights | 11/08/12 08:59 PM
Feminism's Harm to Innocent Regular Women.Could you elaborate, please? With something so vague, I have to assume that you dislike my post because I'm expressing a dissenting opinion. | /r/MensRights | 16/06/11 12:48 PM
Feminism's Harm to Innocent Regular Women.I'll give that a try around some of my feminist friends, and let you know how it went. EDIT: It went okay. | /r/MensRights | 16/06/11 12:42 PM
Feminism's Harm to Innocent Regular Women.Wow, that's incredibly paranoid. | /r/MensRights | 16/06/11 10:55 AM
Feminism's Harm to Innocent Regular Women.Ugh. This is horrible in so many ways. This guy has such a warped view of feminism, it's ridiculous. As a man, I've had numerous female friends who I would call feminists, and would call themselves feminists. Feminists are not necessarily man haters. (In fact, most are not.) Equal rights for women means equal rights for men, too. | /r/MensRights | 16/06/11 10:22 AM
What does being a man mean to you? What do you mean by ducking? (Sorry, I tend to take things very literally) | /r/seduction | 05/06/11 05:50 PM
What does being a man mean to you?I see what you're describing as being a mature adult. There's no reason a woman can't have those qualities. | /r/seduction | 05/06/11 03:37 PM
| -1 | What does being a man mean to you? This is a commentary on freedom, not what it means to be a man. What out of this do you consider to be what a man is? | /r/seduction | 05/06/11 02:26 PM |
What does being a man mean to you?A man is an adult male. Simple as that. Some males do not become men because they lack the maturity to be considered anything other than children. Other than that, there are no other criteria. | /r/seduction | 05/06/11 02:02 PM
