Whiel she deserved to be stopped, she did absolutely not deserve to be thrown like that. Total asshole move on the cop. But I expect nothing less. Rule of thumb -no matter your gender or race, always expect cops to be as big as an an asshole as they can be at all times.

I get the sense of equality here, but I'm a guy and I understand that flushing the toilet with the lid up DOES spray particulates in the air. Seriously, stand next to a toilet the next time you flush it with the seat/lid up. You can feel the spray that comes out of it. Oh no! she threw WATER on a guy! The Horror! That cop could have easily physically restrained her, pulling out a taser, which can risk easily someone's life was simply unnecessary. I'm not arguing that she should not have been arrested, I'm simply saying there were other avenues of restraint available before pulling out a semi-deadly one.
