Physical contact is a basic method of affection for all humans. Yes, there are pedofiles and perverts in the world; there is no denying that. Thats really the ultimate fear when women are reporting "creepy" behavior. In my opinion males would be less inclined to report the same issues presented here. I could be wrong as I base that off what my reaction would be as well as other males I know. He also was disciplined for trying to tie loose strings on the back of a girls shirt whom he had known since she was 1 year old, and fixing a disheveled collar of another girl. So, this custodian, who has been married for 30 years and has nephews within the same school district has been disciplined four times since 2004 for things like receiving hugs from children who are sad, telling teachers they are cute, and once touching a teachers hip as he walked past her to enter the building.
