I think the issue is that you are conflating the studies definition of harassment with a legal definition of harassment.

Exactly. So why are you bringing up police investigations? We’re purely talking about sexual harassment, not just rape.

That’s now how statistics works. Random sampling rules exist for a reason. Maybe the issue is you don’t understand what sexual harassment is. Nobody is claiming that cat-calling and rape are the same-but both are definitely sexual harassment. Look at society around you. Do you really think that most women haven’t been cat-called at least once in their life?

In my experience growing up, most teachers always discriminated. Either male teachers were creepy and clearly favored girls, or female teachers felt girls could do no wrong, only boys could. Boys were always at the back of the line, graded more harshly, and condemned way harder.

Or perhaps backwards ass India males thinking this makes everything okay. “Whatever other gender inequalities there may be.. take your pink seats and now we’re square!” Wouldn’t put it passed a country with a caste system to implement something so stupid that hurts both males and females.
