1	Because height can’t be an insecurity Yeah, All people need is to know people care and are trying to help. When they feel abandoned they go to dark places. See Puerto Rico right now. It's currently -10 degrees Celsius where I live and we are averaging about one snowstorm a week. Our prime minster has been reading George Orwells 1984 for tips on how to govern apparently. What I was trying to say was, after Katrina there were no hospitals, there was no anything. 3	Because height can’t be an insecurity In New Orleans most people evacuated before the hurricane hit. Then when the levies broke the people who stayed were trapped inside a partially flooded city. There were no police, or firefighters, or hospitals at all. They even opened jails and turned the prisoners loose so they didn't drown. If people couldn't leave they were supposed to go to the Super-dome which ran out of supplies and the people there suffered. 19	Because height can’t be an insecurity I listened to a podcast where the guy being interviewed worked for Blackwater and was deployed to New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.
