Seriously. 3	Is it safe for men to seek medical attention in Australia, or does every GP visit risk arrest and imprisonment? It's even worse in the US. You have orderlies asking PHQ-9 questions, not even nurses. If they record your responses the wrong way, you can immediately lose your freedom and any property they make the decision to decide to consider dangerous. In my state, some property isn't allowed to be returned if it isn't legal to be sold new so your property is seized without due process and without reimbursement, and worse in my opinion, without the option of ever being able to replace it.	/r/MensRights	10/06/25 06:02 PM

Depending on your answers to the Medicare/caid forms, you can have your property taken in this state without due process. And, a new law prevents much of that property from being returned. Last time I was in the ER, I almost failed the PHQ-9 so I wouldn't have been allowed to leave. The first question they ask you is if you find pleasure in doing things lately.
