Got fired once. Best thing that ever happened to me.

Can we get actual lawyers to chime in on this?

In return, please do some kind of AMA on the business aspects of your wealth and how you became so.

From one who did not, yes. Absolutely. Regret is an awful thing.

Has she been formally charged with assault yet, and has SFSU taking the appropriate punitive steps (meaning those they would immediate take had the genders/races been reversed?) I'm guessing no.

I think the effort was far more a calculated business decision to use what is known to work, while at the same time maximizing the female market, to get maximum returns on Disney's $4B (!) investment with Lucas Films (Ford will be back as Indy ver. 5, do doubt also with the same feminized slant aimed at feminin dollars, with the same goal) rather than ostensibly to further FI goals. However, I will note: Rey is not some neurotic, codependent, narcissistic, entitlement minded victim Rey seems to …

Have an upvote, because you're absolutely fucking right. Hamsters gonna hamster though even it appears in trp.

This is not hamstering. Hamstering is the rationalization process that occurs to reconcile the difference between what one says and what one does. These girls are just straight up saying why they fucked a guy.

So? What is inaccurate about what is being said in this quote? edit: and I disagree. There are many comments in that thread where the commenter states "and women do the same."

Exactly. But these do not appear to be feminists, and they do not to be hamstering. These are seemingly normal girls saying straight-up what it is they want. However, everyone here seems to be suggesting that these are feminists who are hamstering, and "accidentally validate" RP principles in the process. This, to me, is a disingenuous characterization of the thread in question, meant only to serve the "victim" mindset that has taken root here on TRP. Why are we admonishing one of the few honest…

This is (as of this writing) the highest upvoted comment in this thread, and yet I fail to see how the quoted comment is invalid or inaccurate, especially in the context of RP principles. The commenter is basically saying that these men are not getting dates because they are not offering an SMV on par with that which they are seeking from women. It's that simple. If they were, women would be responsive to their offering. She then suggests that these men's true SMV can most accurately be determin…

Enough for what? If you are an outlier with respect to physical attributes, i.e. you have birth defects or otherwise some kind of physical abnormality or deformity, then yes, you are playing a tough hand. Nothing will change that. No amount of lifting/grooming/attire/game will make you Brad Pitt (or whoever is the consummate "hawt guy" is these days) and RP doesn't promise that. But these principles will maximize your potential to be whoever you can be. Look at Nick Vujicic. The real point of RP…

Not true. Whatever your physical attributes, you can always get in shape and look your best. You can also be really interesting and do cool, fun things. And you can not be a dick. You can also learn game. There's lots you can do, whatever your physical attributes, to maximize your SMV.

This wasn't my take at all. The message (at least from what I read) seems to be: Guys are not presenting a SMV proposition equal to that which they are seeking. If they were, they would be getting responses. That's how the SMP works. They then make very RP observations that account for the low SMV they are seeing: guys are too fat, guys don't groom/keep themselves, guys are boring, guys are assholes (not in the good way.) Most then concede that girls do the same thing. I don't see that thread as…

I guess I'll be the contrarian here. I think this is a very informative thread, well worth quick read. It shows that girls aren't quite the idiots some here really wish/believe they are. They get it too. From the (very brief) read of the top voted comments (I'm not going to read them all) the chief complaints seem to be 1) these guys are too fat 2) these guys don't take care of themselves and/or don't put an effort in to looking good 3) these guys are boring 4) these guys are assholes (and not i…

This is standard sidebar stuff. I don't see how this leads to "high quality women just throw themselves at you" any more that would be that case just by reading the basics. Nothing new/interesting here.

No they don't. Read the material before you proffer uninformed or inimical opinions. Willful disinformation serves no one. For your future reference: misogyny: a hatred of women. Please get your definitions right.

Ad hominem fallacies aside, I think there is a common, shared goal between the PUA community and the emergent, more recent Red Pill community. Red Pill just takes things a bit further. That said, the negativity here on the part of a few, and their seeming unwillingness to have a constructive conversation, is as surprising as it is unproductive. But I suppose we each must choose how we engage in a conversation. Suffice it to say, I've been following the PUA scene since the Mystery days, so I know…

All subs have noise, but I don't think your statement is true. There is an abundance of anger, and that is often labeled "misogyny" and "hate" by those who don't like (or understand) the conversations they are having, and want it to stop. Shame is a common tactic by those wishing to control how others think. But by and large, the conversation is quite critical and constructive, especially compared to the reddit mean. I agree the Mad Max thread was silly, but given the state of propaganda in film…

If op gets what he needs from seduction, that's awesome. But it sounds like there's a bit more going on in his head, and TRP has helped many, many men. But at the end of the day we're here to help op (and each other) and he sounds like a thinking man, so I'll leave it for him to do his own thinking and form his own opinions.

I would recommend op read and decide for himself. I understand that you (and many others) have issues with the red pill, most of which I believe are largely unfounded or at least sprung from misunderstanding, and this is well addressed in the red pill community. If you stick to red pill core concepts (e.g. the sidebar; the posts can be a bit of a storm of shit-posts for the uninitiated) then it is clear that the principle goal of the red pill is precisely about men improving their lives. Other t…

I suspect your condition is a result of the many years of conditioning you endured as our society taught you how bad and sick and evil male sexuality is. Head on over to /r/theredpill if you really want further reading that is useful. However, to directly address your situation, you absolutely need to internalize 3 things: Women want to fuck Women want to fuck you Women want you to stop wasting time chatting them up and get on with fucking them. I would argue this does have to do with sexual strategy, though indirectly, in that it delves further into the phenomena of "over socialization" which is a generalization of all socialized dogma to which feminism (among others) belongs. His treatment exposes what I believe are more abstract features of those ills in society which tends to emasculate the masculine in support of the feminine (leftist) imperative. His prescription (which he calls autonomy through the power process) is very much a R…

You need to read the whole thing. He uses the term "leftists" not as a political distinction, but as a label for a psychological and sociological profile. In this sense, the political right are very often "leftists" in the sense he is using the term. In fact, he readily notes "The conservatives are fools" and goes on to indict the political right on several accounts throughout the piece. His thesis is inherently apolitical, and one needs to understand this to get his salient points. edit:typo

Also lost on many western men is a concept taken for granted in other cultures: haggling. In (most) western societies (or at least the one I live in) a price is set by the seller and it is assumed by both sides that this is the price, take it or leave it. While living overseas, I soon learned the fine art of haggling, where the price first quoted to me was often 2 to 3 times (or more) what I could actually purchase the product at with a little bit of skilled haggling. I would say game is a bit l…

The entire article (entitled "Industrial Society and Its Future") is well worth a read, and contains many RP leaning insights. Particularly with regards to what he calls the power process and surrogate activities, but also on education, over socialization, the roles of science and technology, and of course "leftists". Long, but well worth the time.
