The sports I'm most interested in are the ones I've actively participated in before which I believe is the best way to appreciate a sport. Sure you can watch any sport and try to analyze it from your perspective but having been part of the sport changes your view of it drastically and will increase the insight you get tremendously. Your approach is way to analytical in my opinion. The reason for most people I know why they like sports is because it's an emotional rollercoaster to watch your favo…

I realize that my examples for ego vs confidence were chosen poorly in your context and I have no clue how to edit my post on my phone. Sorry, will edit it later.

You're wondering what's possibly wrong with you instead of wondering what his motive might be. Maybe he's just lost and wants to ask for the way. There are endloss possibilities why he might approach you that don't entirely focus on you. You're lacking confidence not ego. Your ego is telling you that people laughing might be laughing at you which then crushes your confidence. Tyler from RSD has an interesting view on ego and confidence. Basically it comes down to ego being stimulated by external…

I realize that I may over-analyze things and fear that people are watching me, judging me and laughing. You're actually proving the point there. Someone says 'hi' and your immediate reaction would be to make their innocent approach about you. To be honest I'm coming from other end of the spectrum, I can't seem to care about what other people think of me. I believe for the both of us it comes down to a somehow bloated sense of ego, while you're assuming everybody is judging you, I can't seem to c…

The only thing that keeps people from looking good is their attitude towards improving themselves. Looks can be changed easier than attitude.

(3) I'd be fucking annoyed. Second time you'd do that you'd be either on your way back home. Teasing doesn't mean rejecting the same thing over and over again. I think it would be a beta reaction to try kissing a girl 5 times rather than just hooking up with another girl who doesn't play silly games.

That last sentence might have come off a little harsh. The only way you're able to approach pick-up is from your personal point of view, which does not really add much to the conversation here. For a guy most of the the time the only way to interact with a women is to do the first step. As someone who doesn't have to fear rejection, because you are in the position to reject anyone who approaches you with the intention to get to know you, saying things like "faking confidence doesn't get you to t…

I like this a lot but I'd like to add a tiny little thing. The best teachers in any field aren't necessarily the ones with the most knowledge or best skills in their field. Teaching and doing something are two different things and should be treated as such.

I guess I'm on the other side of the spectrum. Being nice to people and possibly being rejected is way worse to me than simply being an asshole people hate, also it's hilarious. In the end we share the same problem I believe. Putting your true self out there and the fear of getting rejected for who you really are.

The whole idea behind PUAry is pretending to be somebody. Somebody that you aren't. That is why women disdain it. Because you're effectively lying about who you are to get what you want. This is true but you still got it wrong. Many guys who start pick-up have a problem with their confidence and that translates into not getting girls. What they want is to be more confident. What do you do when you have no confidence? You fake it until you start to realize that the 'fake' person you're displaying…

It's not your opinion that's being downvoted. As I pointed out by leaving out the comma you changed the meaning of the sentence which makes your comment irrelevant and therefor doesn't add anything to the discussion. Thus it should be downvoted according to reddiquette. Complaining about downvotes. I wonder what reddiquette has to say about that.

I think you've got it right. if you want to find someone who's one in a million, you're going to have to meet a million people. If you're going to settle with the first one you can get simply because you were able to get her she's going to feel like she could be replaced by a million other girls. However if you're looking for that special one and you finally get her she will feel like she just beat 999999 other girls that you could have had instead. In other words he's looking for a girl that's …

Similarly stop in the middle of your sentence look into her eyes as if you just noticed that she has the most beautiful eyes you've ever seen and smile for a second or two. Continue casually with something like "Sorry just got lost in your eyes for a moment"(Cheesy as fuck I know, try to think of something better yourself). I like to do this whenever I notice something I like about a girl. Personally I prefer playing with her hair(minor hair fetish on my side) but make sure to have a good connec…

I think there's a big difference between smiling at everybody or actually smiling for somebody. It doesn't harm anybody walking around with a little smile on your face but as you said the effect of a smile isn't the same if you smile constantly. I remember one instance when I was checking my messages on my phone waiting for my then girlfriend. When I noticed her and smiled she started giggling uncontrollably. Many literal fucks were given that night.

I'm rather glad I never really got in touch with the whole routine part of the pick-up community. The time I started reading up on PU it had already changed to a more natural approach. I watched Tyler's Blueprint Decoded a few weeks ago on a business trip where he talked a little about "the old times" and I did my research on it but I never really got into it. If it helps people to become better I don't think it's bad but it shouldn't be the ultimate goal to have the perfect routines for every o…

The videos on kino are horrible. Touch her here. Touch her there. Look away when you touch her. Show her that silly handshake. Touch her shoulder, turn your body way and let go. Maybe seddit thinks differently than I do but I'm not a fan of those fake routines. Touching women is one of the most natural things why would I need to try and train her like a fucking horse?

First of all. There's a subreddit for girls/women who are interested in Pick-up. /r/fPUA . That place is pretty dead but you might find some valuable information in old posts. /r/askseddit is also a good place if you have any questions. Anyway, you don't have to tackle your anxiety in one giant leap. If you're having trouble making eye contact with people you're attracted to try making eye contact with everybody. I mean it. Everybody! Maintain eye contact until they look away. Proceed until you …

If I can afford a Lamborghini, I can buy hotter escort girls than most people I might mention this fact to. I don't see how that shows neediness. It doesn't necessarily show neediness. The point the author of the article makes is not that you should never talk about nice things you bought yourself or about that promotion you got at work. Neediness is generated by your intention. Are you really passionate about your new Lamborghini or did you get it to tell chicks about it? I don't find these as …

That's true but in a way you probably didn't mean it. Handsome doesn't equal attractive. You can be ugly and still have a good attraction on girls. If you're not getting any girls it's not because you're ugly but because you're using your appearance as an excuse to not be the awesome guy you could possibly be.

There are worse things than a girl flaking. If you have a 0% flake rate chances are you're not getting as many girls numbers as you could and reduce your possible chances of getting a date.

To me it sounds like the girls are initially interested when you approach but lose their interested because you're not conveying your intentions. They way you're describing yourself I'm pretty sure you come off as a nice little boy that doesn't pose a threat to any of those girls panties. My little piece of advice is rather simple. Make your intentions clear. She has to know that you're not there to talk about whether she and her friends have synchronized her monthly cycle yet. You're talking to…

If you can't stand looking him straight in the eyes for long take a look down to his lips and quickly look back up into his eyes. Triangular-gazing NSFW(The link is not really NSFW but there's a huge ad in the center reading the words "How to fuck" which might not be well conceived by your employer and you might want to scroll over it quickly). I just recently found out this was a pick-up tactic but in hindsight realized I do that quite a lot(After all a girl's lips are awesome[all of them]). It…

If you don't want to go directly for the kiss do exactly themoor said but instead of kissing him you lay your hands on his chest/stomach area, depending on your height difference, and look him straight in the eyes(works better when you're a little shorter than him and you have to look up a little). His reaction should show you if he's interested or not. Personally when a girl does that to me I lay my hands on her hips and pull her closer to me and eventually go for the kiss. Him being an introve…

I think you're pretty much correct in what you're saying. However this is /r/seduction not /r/relationships nor /r/relationship_advice and it's not about social obligation of a LTR. This subreddit is dedicated to teaching guys(/r/fPUA or /r/pickup4dykes for the ladies) how to get girls regardless of their intentions. You don't see me going to /r/keto or /r/paleo and telling them the moral issues about eating meat. Although most PUAs agree on the credo "Leave her better than you found her" which …

You missed the point. Obviously OP isn't a professional writer, but as you can clearly tell he's not aspiring to become one. He uses his blog to acquire costumers for his personal coaching program which does make his blog a professional stage. Thus the information he's providing in his blog is probably more important to potential costumers than his abilities as a writer. Regardless it wouldn't do him any harm improving his writing skills. And for the record, he did change the spelling errors. No…

I like that you're honestly saying you're looking for a cute, cool girlfriend and not just trying to fuck around with as many girls as you possibly can. I feel the very same way and it's the reason I frequent /r/seduction. Nice read.

It's a touchy topic, but I think it's pretty safe to assume that a girl who makes the jokes in the first place wouldn't probably take offence in a similar reply.

Concerning the Nazi shit test maybe something along "I'm trying to grow blonde hair to fit in the aryan stereotype but they always come out brown/black/red whenever I try", in case you're not blonde. Disclaimer: Calling someone bald a Nazi is pretty stupid in the first place, since skinheads and nazis are two completely different ideologies. The first skinheads were not the least bit racist. Just a short side note.

Showing that kind of vulnerability and honesty is really attractive, because it shows your strength That highly depends on the way you deliver it. You could either look like you're so confident that you don't mind others judging you because you're just that awesome or you might come off as pathetic and whiny.
