Together we stand, downvotes and all. It's funny. I get about the same amount of hate from both Mensrights and Feminism.

making friends with feminism will not help any movement achieve results beneficial to human kind, least of all the MRM ????

Why will making friends with another anti-oppressive movement not be beneficial to human kind?

I did not call folks like you weak allies by any means. What I meant is the movement itself would be stronger, it was not a judgement of personal character. I suppose my response would be that dehumanizing your enemy because they dehumanized you will not lead to peace, but to more war. And I see peace as the final goal for all equality movements. To say an entire movement plays a deliberate role in anything seems, to me, to be foolish. Certainly some women involved in feminist movements have exa…

There was a brief moment where I thought MensRights would be doing something positive, but that quickly passed. Most of what I've seen has been incendiary and unhelpful for all parties. It's turned into a full on men vs women debate when it should be anything but that. An honest and powerful Mens Rights movement would be supportive of feminism and address society's tendency to oppress men, just as society oppresses women. In reality this subreddit is a he-man woman haters club. It's full of pers…

I think the fact that hear disease is a bigger problem for men is relevant here. This ad specifically reaches out to women because, by and large, they aren't as worried about it as they should be. It's useful to specifically reach out to women to remind them that yes, even they should consider their heart health. It's not sexist. There are a million heart disease messages out there, having a couple targeted towards specific not as at risk groups is certainly not poor form and absolutely a good t…

Comics like this are the reason MRA will continue to be called a hate group and never get any respect. Without empathy for other groups, how can any movement survive?

Reporting being raped is often seen as very shameful. It's not something people are always happy to tell the world about.

20% of women answered "yes" to the question "In your lifetime have you been forced to submit to sexual intercourse against your will?" They claim to get that number from this question. I'd say you should question the source, as I couldn't quite find one in there, but I've heard this statistic from multiple sources over the years so I'm inclined to believe it.

This a troll site set up by trolls. 4 Posts, no citation, all so inflammatory they're hardly believable. C'mon guys, this isn't r/circlejerk.

It's not a battle. Stop thinking of women as them.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
