don't want to advocate the easy way out but pills can help. iirc there is some evidence to support on demand SSRI .. like taking paxil an hour before sex. I used to use tramadol a lot. All I needed was 25mg and for 7 hours i'd be rid of any PE issues. Could go for 20-30 min in the first few hours after dosing, and maybe 10 min in the last hour after dosing.

while the goal is to be able to last long naturally, I'm just going to throw some pharma options out there as they are useful. Tramadol worked well for me .. i only needed 25 mg about an hour before sex and the effect would last about 6-7 hours. lasting as long as i wanted to. 50mg and its pretty hard to cum. YMMV depending on your weight and so on. other options include SSRIs taken on demand. modafinil apparently also helps but haven't tried it for this use. i've read that cardio helps some guy…

a word on sleeping pills. pills that help you sleep that are either benzodiazepines or those that work through benzodiazepine related receptors are ones you should try to avoid. tolerance will occur and withdrawal from these can be a bitch. instead opt for a medication like silenor which is very clean, in that it only hits histamine receptors. there are no issues with tolerance or withdrawal related to this medication. it can be discontinued abruptly.
