This type of stuff is great as pillow talk. And it goes without saying, don't take anything she says as hard truth, but interpret it through your RP enlightened lens.

Mate, there is no having a future... enjoy the time you have with a chick, but don't for a minute think it lasts forever. She's not your girl - it's just your turn.

Could you elaborate?

Lift and fight. Most people here think lifting is for aesthetics - but that is bp thinking. If you lift, people treat you differently, if you fight (BJJ, Boxing, MMA, Krav, whatever) people treat you differently. They treat you differently not because you look good to the eye, but because you are dangerous and more likely to win in a physical encounter. You know this and they know this. Dangerous people filter to the top of the hierarchy by default. Become that winning white rooster.

Get a job as a job as a waiter - it'll take care of your mild social anxiety, you can make fair spending money, you learn how to sell things, and in general it makes you a more understanding and patient person. I know that it won't help your situation immediately, but waitering has fast tracked my social skills by a huuge amount. In the year I've worked front of house I've gone from timid and introverted to a cool, calm, and collected networking machine.

Bingo, thats it. So if the answer is yes - Shrek would do the thing while teasing Fiona/Donkey about not being able to do it themselves. If the answer is no - Shrek would say gtfo my swamp - socially weird much?

It's not. But if she says 'pass me that thing' when you're both the same distance away and you do it without questioning - then you're at the bottom of the pile my friend.

If you are a cashier, to hand over a reciept is part of your job. A test would be if the customer said "yes please, walk around the cash register and just put it nicely here in my pocket". Are you going to happliy agree to what she asked you to do? Or miserably do what she asks and resent yourself for not having the balls to say no?

Okay, so the peanut butter jar was a stupid, overspecified example. Imagine a scenario where a woman asks you to do some simple task that she absolutely CAN do, you've seen her do it before, it's part of her job, its part of normal human existance etc. She asks you to do it, not because she needs the help, but to see your reaction - how quickly are you going to agree to make and bring her coffee, how likely are you to add 12min to your commute to pick something up for her. Will you pay for her d…

IOI's are different from doing the dirty. Sometimes girls in relationships just want to know they can still get attention, or maybe want to get the upper hand in the relationship by making the BF jealous. Don't stick your neck out with these chicks. That's not to say some won't follow through, but is it worth the gamble? I think this is the answer I need - its just not worth it...

Those things are just a cop out... they're an easy distraction from the real work that needs to be done.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
