Yep. If it was the other way round it would be fine. Because if it’s a woman it’s fine because well...double standards. Do whatever you like. If you like living with your parents that’s fantastic. It’s not like you’re leeching off of them for money. If you’re happy and they’re happy then why the fuck not. There’s too few families nowadays that actually get along and care for one another and are able to live in the same space. I wish my family were all still together under one roof

Well, the fact of the matter is it sounds like she has issues with having an orgasm, regardless of what you do. Which is actually not your fault, nor your problem. Instead of being a bitch and making shitty comments, she should be working on offering a solution, or at the very fucking least be willing to participate in solving her own problem (like seriously, her pleasure is her own responsibility, how is she not doing this already?). If not, next. Life’s too short for bullshit

Sounds like she is quite a bitch. Maybe she doesn’t deserve an orgasm with that attitude

Also not a fan of whey. I use vegan protein (tastes like shit but it does the job). Creatine only works if you are 100% consistent. You also should take it every day whether you train or not. It makes a huge difference when you’re lifting heavy, with low reps (ie. Using short bursts of energy), as creatine is the energy resource your body uses when you train in short bursts as you would with heavy lifting. Generally you would take creatine for 12 weeks, then take a 1-2 week break, then start aga…

Ok, it may help for you to adjust what you eat before and after. Ideally, you should be consuming minimal fat four hours before you train and four hours after. The fat slows down your metabolism which in turn slows down your nutrient absorption. Try having toast with honey before your workout. Then ideally a protein shake with fruit afterwards. Reason for the protein shake is fast absorption. If you have eggs, have only egg whites. Save the higher fat foods for later when you’ve completed your w…

How is your nutrient intake structured? Ie. What do you eat before and after a workout?

If you tell someone you’re busy and you’ll talk to them the next day it generally implies that you will get hold of them the next day when you aren’t busy.

This sub has pretty much changed my life. Growing up I always knew there was something off about the way women carry on. I watched my father allow the women around him to walk all over him and it almost destroyed his entire life. I was always made to feel guilty for sticking by him or standing up for him. Reading TRP, MRP, asktrp and RPW and observing everything on these subs has taught me so much about my own behavior and what I need to change. I always had a feeling that something wasn’t right…

There should be rules about who is allowed to procreate. Fuck my life 🤯

You should not be allowed to be around other people. This is beyond fucked up. Well done for being the fuel to the feminazis fire you fucktard

It shouldn’t be considered normal either way. Fuck wittedness is fuck wittedness regardless of whether it’s acceptable to the majority or not

It is likely that you will maintain the muscle you currently have and possibly lose more fat if you stay on what you are currently eating. However you may not build more muscle as you need the extra food to fuel the muscle build. Carbs and protein before and after a workout, keep major fats to atleast four hours before and after a workout as this slows your metabolism and absorption of nutrients. Edit - you can make use of only egg whites if you need to reduce fat intake. Especially if you’re ha…

Never understood this either. Always wondered if maybe some women enjoy having this attitude of their partners because it makes them feel like they have power over them

Thank you for taking the time to write this. The insight you have provided is incredibly valuable to me and is a perspective that I have not considered/been aware of before this. Really and truly, thank you so much.

Therapy is great. It’s helped me process the really unpleasant stuff that I otherwise would have tried to ignore. Why do you ask?

Agree 100%. I find forgiveness of others not necessarily difficult, forgiving myself on the other hand is a whole other story. Thank you for this :)

Thank you. I am lucky enough to have someone like that in my life. He has stuck it out with me through the worst parts and is definitely the strong type. I think I’ve been in close to nun mode for the past five years haha My main goal is just to learn to communicate properly, and work on feeling better about myself so that I don’t believe I am permanently damaged and also so that I can be a good partner/friend. Thank you for the advice. I really appreciate it xxx

Thank you! This is something I feel like I’ve been missing. Strong friendships. The problem is I alienate myself because my opinions about life and relationships differ so much to the opinions of the people I am exposed to. 90% of them are hard core feminists, and I just cannot relate to them in any way. Think I need to just keep things simple and focus on the 10%. Thank you for the advice xxx

I get it. But I would suggest reading the book regardless. The term ‘nice guy’ is misleading

I think a lot of men are attracted to shitty women tbh. Granted - most women nowadays are AWALT. Just like most men nowadays are Beta. But it's close minded to paint everyone with the same brush, you end up cutting off your options because you just assume everyone is the same. You're on the right track dude. Keep it up. Work on your frame. Stick to your values and focus on what you want. Don't be influenced by other people's decisions to view things a certain way. TRP has useful tools, but human…

I understand your point. However if you work on having a strong frame and sense of self, I don't believe it's necessary to validate yourself through constant casual sex. Strong frame is important because it means you'll see through any bs without having to compromise your values by having casual sex with many women. With regard to dating - make sure you're not "paying your way" through all of this. It's not necessary to spend lots of money on different women in order to assess whether they are h…

You've answered your own question. High value people attract high value people. Work on being high value, the rest will follow. If you don't want casual sex, don't have it. TRP doesn't mean go out and fuck as many women as you can. It's about working on yourself and what you want out of your life

Sounds like you need to set some boundaries. If you enjoy time alone...why did you allow her to stay for 12 days? Don't wait until you get sick of her and then tell her to leave. Set the boundary before hand so that she knows it is there...if she doesn't respect that...different story. But you can't expect her to know what your preferences are if you don't communicate them. Tell her you enjoy spending time alone, and that in order for you to enjoy the time you spend together, you need space and …

Depends on the wife - if the female is inherently selfish/self absorbed/manipulative/all of the above, you're probably wasting your time sharing anything. But I have heard that some women respond well and it actually helps to share. Again, it depends on the kind of woman you are dealing with...
