As I said, I don't want to spoil anyone's pleasure, but safety first. Something that with car would barely render a scratch, the same thing with a bike might end up being permanent. Just stay safe, drive defensively, far from the car in front of you (IIRC it should be far enough to say "one-thousand-one"), mind your surroundings, wear your helmet, boots... Hell, even motorcycle armor nowadays seems to be much more feasible than before.

I was not diagnosed with it. I don't believe in psychiatry, anyway. Many times I was so deep into my thoughts that I didn't notice that I should brake before it was too close of a curve or a red light. This one is not when I was driving, but working. Once again, I was so deep into it that I didn't listen to the people outside ringing. They told they were there for about 15 minutes. There are many more examples like that. I'm ok with it.
