A curfew might as well be no punishment. Im already prepared to read more and more of these cases because this already set a precedent. From now on, any false 🍇 accusation just warrants a curfew and community service. Sorry to hear this happened to you. I'm afraid there isn't much you can do really. If you hit her back, you'll be expelled probably. If you scare her, you'll just be looked upon as a creepy freak. Ah a gym buddy is a great idea but when I go to the gym it’s always at the end of a Long day at work and I just want the time to myself to pound the weights. Plus it doesn’t help that I’m surrounded by the types of people who say things like “why would I pay to workout?” And Thye are generally quite against me joining a gym anyway. For each of the lifts try to find out your one rep max. Since you don't sound to have lifted before, and you're around 200lbs, you can try to lift 65 lbs as a starter for all 3 lifts. If you feel it's too easy, add 10 lbs until you can barely do 5 reps each set. This is a process that should take you maybe a session or 2 to find out. FYI an empty barbell is around 45lbs.

Unless you're very obese, your weight shouldn't really matter too much. It sounds like you're doing mostly cardio. I would encourage you to lift weights. For starters, do the 3 basic lifts. Bench pressing, deadlifts and squatting. 5 sets x 5 reps. Do this for a week and slowly increase the weight and aim for 8 reps. In a few months you should be starting to see a difference in your strength and how your body looks in the mirror.
