So you want to find something that will give you pleasure just like porn did? Quick, easy, cheap dopamine in your brain? Good luck with that. I see. I at least need some natural pleasure, somehow. It's natural that you can not focus. You need to get used to it and get better at focusing while horny. You can't just search for a quick fix every time you are horny. Yes any artificial source of pleasure is a problem but going from 0 to 100 won't work. The problem with masturbating is that it tricks your brain into preferring short term pleasure instead of long term pleasure, making you less motivated to do productive stuff. When I'm horny, I can't focus on reading a book. I think I'll try to find things that naturally give me pleasure. Once I'm getting it, only then, I'll drop porn. So I think I'll keep doing what I've been doing.
