I'd say to that you should think carefully before you move in with someone and ensure that they have the same attitude towards money as you do. When I moved in with someone we got the new furniture we needed second hand on eBay. But we did have the same attitude towards saving money and being frugal

I'm a woman. I believe you owe it to your partner to look after your health and continue to groom even after the honeymoon phase is over. That goes both ways. I don't want my partner to gain 20kg and I expect he would rather I didn't either. I also think it's a problem that the op is attacked for having a problem. That's not going to help him fix it... Is it. Villainising him isn't helping anyone. He can't help how he feels about his wife gaining a lot of weight.

Very thought provoking meme. I can get behind two of those statements: nobody should look to someone else to provide for them. I'm a woman and the breadwinner in my relationship. I chose to do so because it's my decision, but if you demanded it off me I'd refuse. I also think this whole social pressure to have children is just fucked up. It's such a life changing event that nobody should push you into and if anything I'd want a couple to go through a test to really test their belief that childre…
