Vanlife is extremely different from the typical lifestyle, so it makes sense that the average women is going to be shocked and turned off by it. IMO it’s really something where you should be looking for someone within that subculture or in a similar one. I don’t have anything against it and it seems cool to me, but it’s not in the cards for me right now. Most women are going to feel the same.

So this guy sees that more educated women are less likely to start a family... the the conclusion he comes to is “smart lady bad.” Hmmmm

Didn’t Jerry Seinfeld originate this? The guy who notoriously dated a 17 year old when he was 38? Nevermind, it has an ambiguous origin that probably dates back over a century. Still, I like to remind people about that Seinfeld factoid.

Because of the gender population imbalance, I think women in China have more pressure in dating, with a sense of scarcity driving bad experiences overall. Because of that phenomenon, it makes sense that women over there woke up to how fucked those ideas are.

From a quick google it looks like that Kevin Samuels guy is another redpill quack talking about alpha males and how horrible modern women are. FDS is about women being self-reliant more than finding the perfect guy. Women not being able to open a bank account on their own is still very recent history. Most people’s moms lived in a world like that!? The world is still built around women relying on men in some way.

Manosphere/redpill guys love to talk about biology when it benefits them. Some dude will talk about how “if there’s grass on the field, play ball” is actually biologically optimal, but if a woman wants a guy taller than her, then it’s shallow.

The cliché of women in porn being air-headed valley girl bimbos is there for a reason. When you reduce an actual person down to a walking fleshlight with no personality it’s much easier to treat them like shit. It’s absolutely about being “put in her place”.

This conversation comes up so much, but I rarely hear of it ever actually happening. I guess when you go after teenagers, that’s what you’ll find.

Notice how all of the phrases she came up with are about women’s safety and sanity being threatened, while guys are concerned about “damaged goods”.

It’s mainstream and sort of expected at this point. Actually getting a woman off, though, is still radical.

There was a study I read at one point about less repressive cultures having fewer incidences of women having rape fantasies. Somehow I can’t find it, with all of the articles I’m seeing being men concluding from another study that women have those fantasies because they’re just so freaky and wild, I guess. The reality is that it’s sexual blame avoidance: basically a result of women not being allowed to actually want healthy, consensual sex, so this is what you end up with. It’s sad and fucked up…

When I was in secondary school my male advisor said “boys are stupid” all the time and made sure girls knew that working hard and making good friends was much more important than dating. It seemed weird at the time, but I can’t thank him enough for that advice.

That’s so sad. I’m not a parent, but I would rather raise a child who grows up seeing a happy, caring single mom than having a POS guy in the picture simply to have a “father figure”.

There’s so much garbage here. First, he manipulates her by making the OLD profile about her not accepting his sexuality. He bought a GUN knowing she wouldn’t approve?? He racked up tens of thousands in debt right after paying it all off?? Girl, run.

I’m planning to still be a bitch about that even after it’s not mandatory. No one needed to be that close to me in the first place. The pandemic really taught me how to assert my control over my personal space.

More women than men attend university by FAR. Very soon, we’re going to have educated and successful women outnumbering men. This guy is stuck in the era of dowries and women as property. Women aren’t a “depreciating asset”. Go pick up your rogaine.

Oh my god. He’s trading in for a new teenager. I couldn’t understand why a 20-something woman at a completely normal weight would look “disgusting”... and then I saw the ages. It’s so sad when young women fall into these situations. I hope she got out of that relationship.

I know it’s tagged as pickme culture, but I definitely respect young women recognizing that their standards are too low. The first step to not taking any shit is realizing that you were treated like shit in the first place.

When I found out there’s a sub for “2000s girls” I wanted to puke. It’s weird once girls younger than you start in that industry, and I’m barely older than them.

Women literally buy specific underwear for sex. Shaving or waxing has to be done constantly. I’ve heard of girls spending hours getting ready for a “dick appointment”. Meanwhile guys can’t even wash their dicks.

Most risk ends up being placed on the woman. Yeah there’s the odd “my dick broke” stories, but women universally express pain and sex being inseparable. When did bruised esophaguses and prolapsing become sexy???

I hate how much I hear about the husband stitch, but I’m glad in a way because that conversation is actually happening. That was an open secret that couldn’t be acknowledged, but now we can call it out for how horrible it is. Also, you know that a man who asks for that definitely wasn’t pleasing the mother.

What is the benefit of it anyway? Millions of babies are born to mothers who had epidurals. We have modern medicine for a reason. Denying women comfort during what is one of the most painful experiences in life is archaic. Why is women’s suffering noble and expected? Rhetorical question; we know why.

What gets me about all this is that people are saying a 36 year old going after 18 or 19 year olds is okay. It’s gross. Legal doesn’t mean morally acceptable.

I think we’re in a similar place. Something VERY important is that you’ve probably been dating what are basically children. Teenage and young adult guys in general won’t have the same grasp on things that young women do. See the entirety of this sub for examples. This is really the time to be focusing on yourself and enjoy being young. Messing around with guys can be fun, so don’t be afraid of that if it’s something you want, but it’s not something to rush into. My advice: just don’t worry about…

What I don’t understand about BDSM is how you can treat someone you love like this. This guy is talking with hatred for this woman and women as a whole. People who talk about BDSM in relationships just doesn’t make sense to me.

The girl pictured is Rosemarie from the reality show 90 Day Fiancé. She was living in poverty in the Philippines and met an American guy online. He sent gifts and came with the promise of a better life in the US, but he’s just insufferable and was so demeaning to her. She ended up dumping him and the tweet tells the rest.
