Can we fight it? Doesn't reddit in general have some rules. Can't be ok to just block people for being in another unrelated sub. Like I get why a feminist group would want to ban someone from here. I don't agree with it, but it would at least be understandable. But the subs listed here are no related to this topic at all.

Only thing that needs to be said here is if everyone around you is an asshole, your the asshole. Her whole storyline was how everything happen to her at no fault

Could you install a camera for security purposes. Tell her of course, but that why at least there is a record of any false accusations. Likely this whole thing would turn out to be nothing if you hire her or decide not to, but never hurts to be safe in they situations.

Alimony should be like unemployment...short timeframe, a smaller amount then you would get, requires evidence you are looking for a job and if you get a job it is reduced again based on that income.

Wait he cheats on his girlfriend with another guy and the attorney defending his scored girlfriend is the problem. Never should you tell someone to commit suicide. Although, he was a cheater like unfortunately many in the military. Who apparently don't take honor, morality or there many oathes (wedding vows) in life very seriously. It is terrible that he could not face his own actions, did the attorney lie or make him se himself for who he was?

I don't want revenge, I will probably just leave it. I want my own peace.

Yeah that's my dilemma as well. I don't even necessarily want to hurt him he doesn't really owe me anything. He wasn't the one who should have been loyal to me, he's just a garbage human being.

This is kinda where I am. Yes I would love to hurt him, but more than anything else I wish someone told me. I want to ensure she is aware. Thanks for the advice.

What it has always ment to me is holding myself accountable and responsible for my situation. For instance I am a heavier guy "man up" in this would mean I need to understand I choose to eat too much crap, drink to much, not exercise enough. Until I "man up" see that I am responsible I can hold myself accountable and fix it by eating better, working out, drinking less. That is how it has been said to me, or at least how I speak to myself with those words. Sometimes others saying it hurts and cha…

Or a misconception of higher status. But in general your are right they go after what they think is a better option.

Interesting assumption I am a beta (I am not), I just value my kids more than myself, thus why I stayed. But yes women tend to "settle" because they lust after men who are in shape over 6 ft tall and have large incomes typically over $100,000. Fyi I have all of those attributes. Sometimes people are just shitty doesn't necessarily say anything about the person they are shitty to.

That's my issue, I am fucked either way. I think I will damage the kids either way too. I am just trying to figure out what will cause the least damage for them. I don't care if it hurts me the most I just want to protect them the best I can.

I can definitely handle my living situation for the kids. I would just have zero expectations of a wife. I would just be an engaged father and be disengaged in my marriage. Probably a little dead inside because I won't cheat or find the things I need else where, but I can definitely do it. At least till the younger one moves out for college in about 8 years.

You know the truth is not always easy, but it is important for you to say it. In my situation I don't care anymore if she likes it or if she will be upset or sad or mad. If Dont like something I speak up. If I want to go out I don't ask I inform her I am going. I figured our relationship ship is shitty and probably fucked so I should actually be me and speak the hard truths. I am not saying be mean or nasty, but saying hey parents are coming over tonight now or tomorrow. If she wants to clean up…

The most explicit stuff, but I don't think they are or ever were in love. We do get along well, but it goes without saying I will never trust her again. My real struggle is I don't want to be someone's second choice or there I guess this is the best I can do so let's settle, I can't shake that feeling.

Because I went through a shitty divorce as a kid and I would like to try to protect my kids.

That will definitely be challenging we own business and both work there full time. Not really sure if we would split that or try to maintain it as a we divide the rest of our lives.

You clearly stepped out of your marriage at some point. Now you call your husband toxic for having to deal with your bs and questioning paternity. Your the one being toxic go see a therapist and work on yourself.

Parent your kids even if it facilitates her doing something you don't like such as a date. So many would kill to be able to hang with there kids who can't, get every moment you can with them.

As soon as she asks that is where the line is drawn. Doing shit as a parent is not a favor for an ex and you should do as much of that as you can. Favors are for friends and family if she is neither than no.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
