Eat much, but low calorie dense healthy foods instead of junk. I love my stomach too, but with the right food choices, you get to eat tasty and big volume, whilst having a good body composition. Greg Doucette on youtube has awesome recipes and content on this topic.

I recommend to start working out as hard as you can and eat healthy, clean, whole foods. Eat as much as you need to, for having good energy during the day and to train. Worry about the rest after you built a nice foundation. I also highly recommend Greg Doucette's youtube channel for newbie infos. He's entertaining, but also very spot on. I'm saying this as a competitive bodybuilder.

If you're a newbie to training. Eating around maintenance calories and lifting hard could make you gain muscle while not gaining fat or even lose some. Doing some cardio is definitely a good idea, but HIIT is not good for starters, it's for athletic people. Consistency will be the most important.

I would see a specialist doctor, or just self medicate with Lisinopril. Even if you're anxious 160/80+ is high. Don't worry about it, not everyone is fortunate to have perfect BP.

One of the main idea that I got from the red pill, is that women are evolved differently on a biological level. This is the reason for hipergamy and that woman cannot love the same way as man expects them to do (Iron Rule of Tomassi #6). If one doesn't mind the fact that a woman is transgender, could she make a perfect girlfriend? She is feminine and all, and her brain works in a way that is more similar to ours. I'm curious about the general opinions about this.

I do have some feelings for her. I had a strong oneitis, which she started to cure with her shitty behavior, but It's still not over completely. The thing is she probably has a little bit BPD, she was my rollercoaster, never had a calm day with her, never knew what to expect and that got me hooked.

Thank you for the input! My main problem was actually not the possibility of cheating, but her booking flights without asking, and putting herself in situations like hostels and couch surfing. Even if she doesn't cheat, I don't know if I want a girlfriend like this.

I guess I've already knew this, but convinced myself that she might be different. She said she'll stay in a hostel because it's cheaper, but I know very well that his dad pays for everything, money does not matter at all. She's going on Tuesday, I'll enjoy her until then, the sex has been crazy this whole week...
