Think of this when you see a wasted female trying to get in your pants. Especially at a college where almost her whole life is her current clique. Let's take that analogy. The claim is that a woman who is drunk cannot consent. Ok. So even if she says yes, it's still rape. So by that logic, someone who gets behind a wheel of a car is not guilty of a DUI because they could not consent in driving. Therefore it's everybody around them's fault, and NOT the drunken one.
