by this definition, if a rapist were particularly careful and perhaps gentle, maybe even with a micropenis, then its not rape? or if the woman victim is stronger than the man then its not rape? not to mention the possibility of penile fracture.

as someone else in this thread said, many states have no time limit on abortion. if you were to take a woman who was one day away from giving birth (without it being induced), wouldnt it be reasonable to think that it has a sensory system, self awareness, and if it had been induced instead of aborted, would be able to survive outside the womb?

and unfortunately the shit underneath becomes less sensitive due to being exposed. friction from clothing and a lack of lubrication causes it to sort of "harden" for lack of a better term. kind of like developing a calous on a finger from playing guitar.

“We Have to Look at Rape as More Than Sexual Contact Without Consent" This language troubles me. It's like saying that 2+2 does not equal 4, but actually equals more than 4. I'm also interested in the part about her ex-husband lying to her about his marital status. I wonder if this was before, during, or after the time when she was married to him.
