It is more to counterpoint the degree of disruption the allegation had on him. By all accounts, he had a relatively well ordered life free of disruptive influences. That said, he was being actively treated for mental illness, but there is no mention of suicidal thoughts prior to the accusation.

Amused mastery, mastered. Think as you think, do as others do. This dude is playing the game to a T.

I'm not sure what else you are looking for in the formatting. Summary: This guy is 6' 10" and shows up to the NBA draft in a suit and just acts confident. He ends up at floor level then goes out and has people fawning all over him. Body: https://archive.is/Va7qA Lessons learned: 1. Be something that distinguishes you. That can be being tall, being attractive, being ripped, just be something that sets you apart Be confident - the above is worth nothing if you don't believe it yourself Exploit you…

Wow. So much hate. i think some of you are taking shit a little too seriously. Calm down and appreciate the moment for what it is. This isn't intended to be cheat sheet for TRP, just an example of a crafted execution.

Yes, that kind of love that makes you want to smother someone with a pillow. Also, fucking mobile...it's useless for submitting unless there are no rules for the sub.

You're experience is very similar to my own but you are addressing it much earlier in life. PM me if you want to chat more about it. I don't want to flood the thread with specifics that might be over generalized.

thank-fuck-I'm-not-that-guy (TFINTG) should be a new flair. That way if personal motivation is failing, I can read a set of stories that remind where I would be if I wasn't putting in work.

Thanks for posting. TRP has been a huge part of me winning the battle against my own depression. It sounds like you are on the right path. I agree with most of the sentiments in the responses. Keep seeing your therapist (is it a cognitive behavioral? that worked wonders for me) also, accept the fact that you will falter or fail from time to time and that is okay. Don't beat yourself up. You are fighting an uphill battle and are bound to stumble. Finding simple routines has been immeasurably help…

"Lifting exhausts your flight/fight response and lowers anxiety" I'm really curious about the physiology behind the the lowering of flight/fight response. Do you have any specific references for that? Thanks

Great post. The consistent pragmatism by TRP mods makes change and growth go down so much easier. Additionally, I would love to see suicide rate for men decrease as a result of these shared ideals. The saddest thing I have witnessed in my life is the utter destruction of a man's very being by external forces when the only force he needed to actualize was internal. Press on my fellow TRPers. The beauty of the path is that it has no end.

I recently moved back to a smaller town from a large city. I happened to be back in the large city last weekend and was blown away by how much easier the online dating game was. Small town, small pool, low variety, less opportunity. I think the "single and ready to mingle" mantra is much more common in metropolitan areas.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
