You might be surprised how many of the young homeless have computers. Secondhand laptops that are 5-7 years old can be had for $50 or less in many cases, and can still browse the internet just fine. Additionally, they're arguably an essential good, as many resources (job postings, support networks, etc) now exist primarily or solely online.

Agree. It is much easier to amend a set of laws this size once in place, than it is to rewrite the entire thing. There's a lot of good in Obamacare, things that will help everyone regardless of sex, such as the inability of insurers to discriminate on past medical history. I'd have to go back through their tables to find out. My guess would be that these account for cases of abuse where the perpetrator was unclear, or where there were multiple perpetrators or something. It could also account for cases of individuals whose sex was unclear or otherwise undocumented. It's not really a big worry. Even if the remaining 1.2% were all men, the discrepancy would still be 7.2 percentage points, which is still significant.

The hypothetical dialogue itself. There are enough people, men and women, who really don't want to talk at all about what's going on, how they're feeling, and so on. They just want the sex, so they can have their moment of physical satisfaction and move on. It's insensitive on the outside, but it's a reality. And to reiterate, this is true of both men and women.
