No marinating before. Put some salt, thats it. Just sear it on a pan (I use cast iron) to get that nice brown shell and put it in the oven at 375°. Use garlic, olive oil, perhaps little bit of Brazilian steak spice mix, thyme, rosemary, little scoop of butter while in the oven. Turn it over every 3 minutes, everytime you do scoop some of that sauce and pour it all over. Done in 30m.

My co-worker was about to go on her honeymoon with her new husband. She was inviting me to her place, 4 days before, and the invitation was pretty suggestive as to what she wanted. The husband is a Mechanical Engineer works for NASA, good looking guy too. I just talked it down to a " ohh you just wait for you husband to take care of you on your honeymoon" .
