I have a friend I worked with at MSFT, when he got divorced he had 5 kids. He went from making 200k a year and owning a nice 800k house to living in a 2 bedroom apt and barely able to afford food, while his ex does not work, not really possible if your watching 5 kids full time. He is so fucked though, its ridiculous.

ive known a few men that avoid women at work, get your own office if you can, and just interact in meetings if thats what you want. When I worked at MSFT I had a co-worker who did this, he tried to do every interaction with a female in email or in a meeting with at least one or more persons.

Wow dude we are in the same boat, been going through the same thing and my wife did change her mind but a lot of things that were supposed to have changed have not. that is honestly what this community needs, we have too much bitching and complaining. We should be supporting one another, stop focusing on complaining about women so much, its hard to take it seriously. I love my kids so much, I would do most anything for them. I love my wife too, we have our ups and downs. I like MGTOW for mostly fighting for justice in divorce for the fathers. A lot of the shit on here is jaded bs, which I get but in the end if this movement wants to be taken seriously, it needs to act seriously. I agree with many of the tenants, and if my marriage does end one day I believe I will be MGTOW to a certain extent.

They are amazing, I moved to them a year ago. Bought a ranch in the mtns, I fucking love it. Went fly fishing 3 days in a row. Nothing like it here, sitting in a river with gorgeous mtns, my dog on the bank. Life can be great, but especially so if you live it to its fullest in the mtns.

As a pro guitar player let me recommend that you use backing tracks on youtube and learn you noodle with scales. Start with pentatonic and work up to blues and mixolydian. When you can learn to jam to any song in any key you will discovery your own style and become great. Learning other ppls songs is somewhat of a trap. I find 80% of the players out there I jam with to only know other ppls songs and do not have their own style. Also try and songwrite a bit.

Max out your 401k every year dude, even if there is no match. I started at 23 and am very thankful for it. Wish I would have started even sooner. You gotta max out every year, you can retire at 40, that is my plan. Max out 401k, buy a modest place asap and focus on paying it off. I used to have an LTD-1000. Was decently fast. Really just not a fan of the EMG's either. Just personal choice though. I bought a 1959 ES-335 last year, this is my main go to rig.
