Some minor points on the sentence length. Not at all familiar with Bali court, but elsewhere, show remorse and acceptance of the crime and judges will be lenient at their discretion. It’s a short video but you think she showed any remorse? Offered any apologies? Probably not.

they were just making fun of his jacket, and for whatever dumb bitch reason then decided to attack him. when the cops came they arrested him, but charges were dropped. the two girls got off with plea deals and community service (one had to take mandatory therapy). light sentences maybe, but the PR damage is done, their names and pictures are literally everywhere on the internet, and with their judicial record too, these girls aren't going to get anywhere in life thanks to this stunt.

I’m not sure what a 0.25 difference means between the candidates. If I assume it’s a very small difference, then I’m not sure about the result of this case. Speaking generally, being fully qualified on paper isn’t a 100% indicator of real life performance at a job. Again speaking generally, sometimes you need an employer to recognize your future potential to gain opportunity.
