Harsh and honest truth. Get out there and fuck up.

The book is more for relationships though. He doesn’t really talk about pick up and getting up to the date.

Honestly it’s so true. The subtle art of not giving a fuck is really a piece of shit book. It sounds like just a bunch of ideas he had that he shitted out on the page that offer no practical solutions and no conclusions. It ends in the middle of nowhere. It’s also all rehashed shit from ACT (Acceptance and commitment therapy)

I think that's what I need to realize. In my head I'm feeling like they will all be nasty to me.

I think I'd be better at direct honest game because then I can direct the conversation. I'll give it a try, but maybe I'll start with indirect just to build up the courage. I get what you're saying, but I honestly feel completely satisfied and confident in all aspects of my life EXCEPT this one. And I've heard of one too many rich and successful men who have trouble talking to women too.

That's basically exactly what I'm doing. Every hot girl I see I think of them as some all-powerful goddess. But I find it difficult to take that image away and see them as normal human beings.

I think you're right but you worded it poorly. You have to stop caring BY admitting that you DO have anxiety. Saying "Yeah, I have anxiety, so fucking what?" That's real power. Trying to deny what you feel only makes it worse.
