It's not like there was medical journals back then, so it's as I said; plausible at best and hot air at the very least. The certainty with which all of you present your unsupported opinion is what concerns me.

How would you define the pre-industrial era? Because in historically accurate terms, children in the pre-industrial era mostly died of whooping cough. Nothing in this thread is even true. It's all just broad, plausible concept with no factual evidence behind it. FUN FACTS!
