Employees are instructed to notify AP when they notice somebody shoplifting or suspicious activity. AP will then monitor and physically detain if necessary. 53	Female applicants to be given preference for firefighting jobs: "preference in selection will be given to female applicants assessed as suitable" Male teacher applicants in elementary education are expected to remain silent. Being a firefighter in the USA is extremely competitive for males as well. Multiple male friends of mine have tried and failed to become firefighters. Only 1 of them actually made it. He is 6'5" and 225 lbs of sheer muscle (1.95 and 102 communist units respectively).
