My day job is basically I'm a human follow up machine. So it's physically hard for me to do this. But I force myself at least a couple times a week with my gf. I do it randomly though. So it doesn't lose it's effectiveness.

It certainly is, it's private property.

They usually won't ask for income verification, so you can say you make 30k a year, and should qualify for a freebie.

The STEM push has nothing to do with a lack of available workforce, it's simple economics. If they push more people into STEM, the available workforce becomes higher, pushing the wages down. The same thing happened in nursing, and overall medical employment.

I'm still slightly overweight due to a lack of discipline with my time. But my mindset change, and overall behavior modifications have vastly improved my life.

To be honest, I wouldn't want my ex-wife near any of my stuff, or my cock.

My philosophy lately has been, any action is better than no action. Even if I chose the wrong direction I can always pick another one.

It's not a political thing, it's a you're not the same as me and I have to attack you. It's how weak minded people of all political leanings react.

It's so simple it feels like a "hack" because no one else does it. Or they don't want to put in the work. I'll be honest I have set backs or make an excuse then I step back and realize why I'm doing what im doing.

OP thanks for this. Most people are so afraid of success or others succeeding they bitch and moan about anyone who has a different plan than them.

Like OP said leaving a property empty for a couple months is better than renting to scum. It's easy to tell based on credit reporting and job history who will pay rent on time.

No it's illegal to discriminate based on protected status. Bad credit and not being able to afford the rent is not a protected class.

Permanent best friend my ass. I do love my wife but would never trust her with my deepest secrets to use against me later.

Could you have responded differently, yes just like you said. But the monkey bullshit from that dude was from someone who thinks he's alpha and is probably used to telling people to do shit.

If you have to lay a hand on another person because they hurt your feelings you are not a man, you are a child in capable of logic and reason. If a person lies, cheats or otherwise fucks up the relationship walk the fuck away they aren't worth the bullshit or the almost guaranteed jail time if you hit them.

Let me tell you a secret, most 18 year old kids are boring as hell. You don't get the awesome stories until you're old enough to make bad decisions on your own.

If you don't trust the woman you're sleeping with, don't fucking put it in...If you remotely think she's capable of such bullshit don't fuck her... I know I'm going to get a lot of hate for this. But if you think all women are going to try and get pregnant do yourself a favor and just get a vasectomy now.

As a man who grew up with a "Big" trust me when I say it makes a huge Fucking difference. My dad wasn't around and my mom worked two jobs to keep me fed and a roof over my head. Having a guy that took me to ball games, museums or even just spend a couple hours a week practicing catching drills made a huge difference in my life. I never would have had a decent male influence in my life had I not had him. And probably would have turned out to be a punk like the rest of the kids in my neighborhood …

"I've been feeling very scared about what's happening. I love you more than anything in this entire world. I cannot live my life without you. It was never a choice for me, K. I didn't choose to be with you.. I simply cannot exist without your love, this marriage, and the wonderful life that we've built for ourselves. What the actual fuck. Listen I'm married and have kids. And I do love my family, but I have come to realize we cannot create our self worth or existence based on another human being…

If your child is entering a state college right now you can estimate $20k per year and that's if they live on campus. And live a very frugal existence. My youngest is a year old, and I anticipate her school costs to exceed $150,000 by the time she's there.

I would encourage you to stay at home with small children for an extended period of time before you call a stay at home mother a lazy fuck. I had to stay home with one child post surgery for a week because my wife works for a corporation with zero fucks given for family life. And since I own my own business I can be more flexible. But holy shit, I love my kids I was so fucking ready to be back at the office after that week.

What most people don't realize is that stress is an essential part of life and everyone wants a stress free life. If you're not experiencing any stress at all you're not doing a fucking thing with your life and then you're really fucked.

Of course, the alternative is that you work 50 hours a week until you're 60 and decrepit. And you'll end up old and poor, with no youth to enjoy whatever meager sum you've managed to accumulate literally selling away your life. That is a fate I can't handle. That is exactly why after 15 years in the work force I decided enough was enough, and wanted to control my destiny, not some idiot in HR or some manager overseeing the paper shuffle of the cube farm.

You're the only person that can push yourself harder, or take on bigger risks. A mentor isn't going to tell you to go get client x and do project z. A good mentor is there to gently nudge you in the direction they took to be successful. But it still relies on your own personal work ethic to excel.
