Mainly lift to maintain now, as I'm happy with my size. 6', 190, 32 inch waist. My back sucks, so I leg press and do flys as opposed to squats and bench. Flys 55 each arm, leg press 300. I don't go hard in the paint, I really just try to keep it at the cusp of challenging and try to stay lean.

I've lifted slow and steady (past push ups and sit ups at home) for like 18 months and gained 20lbs while not increasing waist size. Even in my 30's I'm experiencing the same thing. I'm fit and decently attractive (I'd give myself a 7/10) 6', 185. Legally, having a physical relationship with an inmate, giving them things, etc. is a felony. I worked in a state prison system for a couple of years at one point. The number of women who got busted for these sorts of things was staggering. 100% of the time, charges would not be filed, and she would be allowed to resign. Local festivals are great. My area, fortunately, has a good bit of things going on almost weekly in the summer. These range from campy craft festivals to free concerts. Find something and just go. Without a specific goal laid out, you get to drive the direction and pace. Even if you don't really "do" anything, you're "doing" something, and if you're SO isn't a raging bitch who can't enjoy wandering about exploring, you'll have fun.

Where in the south are you? I'm 15 minutes north of Atlanta.
