I’m in mchenry county and married for 4.5 years as well. Spousal support is 10.2 months. The division of assets and debt is a shit show, mine is trying to offer me, 75% assets to her and 25% of the debt. The whole system is so messed up it’s kinda funny

Sorry if I didn’t give enough info, when I told her 6 months ago she cried and said she will change, then did nothing and refused to change. When I said I’m filing for divorce she said ok nothing else. I don’t want to just dip out I want my daughter 50/50 and I told her I’d pay maximum child support and reasonable support to her. She just wants to fuck men over in any way she can.

I told her in couples therapy 6 months prior that things need to change and I’m not happy. The system is broken if people can file restraining order based on lies and I don’t even have a chance to defend my self and prove none of it is true

Yes just talked with them today, she is filing a petition to vacate hopefully for 2 days from now. This is all just so fucked up.
