| 2 | How exactly does good posture develop?I live in London and in 2012 during the olympic games me and my mates got a chance to see olympic athletes up close and in person namely at Stratford Westfield. The most obvious thing we noticed is just how robust and michelangelo statuesque their bodies looked. Not in a pumped bodybuilding way but different.
