3	I’m struggling with handling his mental health. I totally hear your frustration. I just want to point out that depression and anxiety is caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain. I have both and I understand your husbands position. Trust me, he’s not getting any joy or satisfaction from sitting around. Rather, he is probably emotionally paralyzed and doing mindless things like playing video games helps him bury his emotions even further.
