Actually a girl I chatted with said that to me yesterday (I wasnt begging or pissing her of in any way, we were just talking about TV series, not more). Teasing is self-explanatory, just do it with a smile and good intentions, so she knows you're not being rude. And make some jokes about yourself. Don't overdo it, but do it from time to time.
